One of the best companies I’ve ever worked with Sapphire Pools is amazing. Jerry came in, worked with us through Pool school and made sure that we understood every aspect of our pool. He followed up with us daily. It was like having a new friend that has extensive knowledge of a pool readily available. When you have a new pool and have to care for it it’s sometimes can be overwhelming. I did not feel that way with Sapphire Pools Jerry or Blue Haven! We absolutely love our new Pool can’t say enough great things about sapphire PoolsJerry and his company along with Blue Haven. We are very, very satisfied.

I had a pool built and completed about a week ago. This would be my first pool to care for and maintain. I did not know any about pool chemistry or equipment maintenance. Thankfully Jerry was assigned to put me through pool school. He went over to very piece of equipment with me , broke it and showed me exactly what to do. He even wrote it down for me which i appreciate. Going through that definitely made me more comfortable. He also went over chemistry and got me started with the initial game plan on how to bring the water into the right specs. Definitely super happy with my experience.

We charged the D**z family a normal labor rate in comparison to any other company , to successfully repair a leak at his heater - I have before and after video of the repair. As is customary with any Backyard we step into - This customer had a new unrelated issue that I was unable to respond to in a timely fashion, but was upfront about this and did not schedule with him ."

I honestly wish every new pool owner could have someone like Jerry. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he wasn’t just there to “get the job done” - he was there to set us up for long-term success.
He took the time to set up our equipment then teach us exactly how it works, patiently walking through every feature until we felt confident using it. He also helped us separate fact from fiction when it comes to pool chemicals and maintenance, giving us practical, proven guidance instead of confusing (and often conflicting) internet advice. He emphasized the importance of proactive investment in pool care rather than “oh-no” reactive fixes, which not only keeps the water sparkling and safe but helps the equipment last for years.
What really impressed me was that even though he’s completed our startup, he told us to reach out anytime there’s a question or concern so he can help. That level of service and dedication is rare these days and it sets him apart! All in all: a fabulous job!

He took the time to explain all the benefits of the replacement pool light, including the differences in versions, warranty coverage, and the full cost of installation—especially since my old light was no longer under warranty. I appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer all my questions upfront.
When Jerry arrived, he was prompt, professional, and clearly an expert in his field—as a licensed electrician, his work reflected a high level of skill and care. He walked me through the wiring setup, which was neatly and safely done, then reassembled everything and showed me the finished product. The new pool light looks fantastic and works perfectly!
