"I was referred to Bluebonnet Reno LLC (Javier&Daniel) by Ron McLeod (Best Option Restoration of North SA).Bluebonnet was responsible for performing a build back to convert tub/shower to a walk-in shower, drywall, shelves & trim. Javier is the primary owner & was not present during the entire project. They did not grout & caulk several areas.I was informed during the project that piping on the floor had disintegrated.I asked Daniel where was the pipe & was a plumber going to be called out? I was informed they had handled it.Daniel is not a licensed plumber since he had previously told me they would need to call a plumber for the conversion.I opted for a second opinion.The second contractor did a flood test. It was discovered that the shower pan was installed incorrectly.I have brand new shower that is completely useless. I would not recommend using Ron's contractors unless you want to go through the endless stress of poor workmanship, poor communication & lack of customer preferences."
