I am so happy! Johnnis installed a unit that my brother’s friend purchased. He worked all day to get the unit in and working. Because of the brand a few calls were made to tech support and everything was streamlined. He was tenacious! He also cleaned up the area when done. Very kind, polite, and respectful. He’s the go-to guy around here!
