While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

"I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.

"The job went great. Our contact, Bassam, was wonderful and helped us tremendously.  Our kitchen had not been updated since the house was built in 1973.  Bassam listened to what we wanted and offered some design sketches ? and stayed heavily
involved throughout the entire process.
His contractors showed up on time and were courteous and considerate.  He has a project manager, Joseph, who we worked heavily with us as well and his responsiveness was also amazing.
In fact, we never called or texted Bassam or Joseph without getting a response that same day. 
Also, Bassam has a policy that once each contractor?s portion of the job is complete, their work has to be signed off by the customer in order for the contractor to be paid. It surely kept the job moving in a high quality manner.
One of the lighting stores that we purchased some pendant lights from has an owner that said we were so fortunate to have the level of attention ? and work ? from all of the contractors ? that 9 out of 10 of his customers had a less than satisfactory experience with the ones they used.
Our family and friends are stunned at the changes in the kitchen and said that it is absolutely beautiful.
Plus, the contractors installed new tile and painted our laundry and dining rooms so the remodel actually extended into other parts of the house.
