Great!! They were very professional. I was not sure what to expect, since this was my first time hiring a cleaning service, but they went above and beyond. Sinks, toilets, showers, fridge, everything was spotless!!

10/12/2020 In February 2020, I gave them the square footage and number of bedrooms and bathrooms in my townhouse for an estimate for a monthly cleaning. Nancy quoted $80. When workers got here, they called Nancy to tell her that $80 was not enough. The place was too big for $80. (2135 sqft too big?) But Nancy told me that it would be fine. I guess $80 was not enough because I had to go behind them every time to clean places that were missed (re-vacuum, dust blinds and ceiling fans, dust under items that were dusted around). The second bathroom was completely missed one time. I had to call them back to clean it. I also had to call a couple of times to ask what time they were coming since they were already 30 minutes late. One time for a 3:00 pm appointment they arrived at 9:00 am. Last month they never responded to my text to schedule an appointment. Needless to say, I will not be using them again.

This was a move-in cleaning for a completely empty house. The cleaning was not as expected. Layers of dust remained in the closets. Upper kitchen shelves were not cleaned. The floors did not appear to be mopped. It looked like they did spot cleaning and not the complete cleaning I hired them to do.

"Our customer’s satisfaction is guaranteed! That’s our promise and we mean it. This customer was properly called and emailed with the offer of a Re-do Cleaning, free of charge for the same home. Usually, we advise our customers to schedule their move-in Cleaning ahead of beginning to transfer items into the home, to allow for proper cleaning. In this ocasión the homeowner had begin moving items into the closets and home as the team was cleaning. A lot of dust was shuffled around what was already cleaned and the items brought in also prevented a through cleaning."

It went well. They were on time and spent a lot of time cleaning hard. They didn’t talk on the phone while they cleaned either which is rare for a lot of house cleaners. It was a little pricey but it was good.

They did not clean the house well at all. I had to go in afterward and spent 30 minutes just scouring the kitchen sink. They did not have any cleaning cleanser like "Bar Keepers Friend", "Bon Ami" which would have done the job. I had to scour all of the counter tops in the kitchen all over again. It was very disappointing. They "Power Washed" the driveway and the sidewalk, but it was terribly spotty and looked almost worse than before. I would not recommend.

They did a great job above my expectations! I was very happy with their services and will call them again. Nancy wanted to change the sheets on the beds, folded every piece of clothing that was out and emptied even the big kitchen trash. They were very efficient and worked hard for 3 hours.

It is excellent service. They are on time, friendly, respectful whenever we make an observation, and they take the criticism very nicely. They didn't show any signs of being annoyed to my dog and they are respectful to my dog. I also make especial request too like taking my dog out to pee or poo. I been using them since 2011 and I referred them to y family, aunt, and to a dental cleaning service. I trust them with my house key.
