"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"They were great. Professional. Worked efficiently as a team. Had 7 windows installed within 2 hrs. Cleaned up after. Would recommend Windows World to anyone needing windows."

"They arrived on time and very efficiently and thoroughly washed our windows inside and out. The windows are spotless! We are going to continue using Big Tex Windows. They were polite, on time, and did excellent work!"

"Well. Took a bit longer because the first set of new windows did not fit due to window frame being out of square. Had to remake and installed a week later."

"After decades of wanting them but having higher priorities, we finally got black window-screens after losing electricity last month during the hurricane. As I saw on a YouTube video, black screens sort of disappear when you look through them (you can still see them). The gray/silver types tend to reflect the light and become obvious (in my opinion). Doug Conner did all the field-work; measuring, and coming back in a week to install. The price was well below any other estimates, and the screens are top quality. Our windows are no longer perfectly square, but he had the skill and experience to get it right. I gave a 4 for two reasons. First, he got tied up on another project, but did not call us to say he would be two days late to install. Second, the manufacturer failed to make one screen, and had the rest wrapped up in a way that made it impossible for Doug to count accurately. If he took apart the packaging to check, he risked them getting knocked out of square during transport. But, true to his word, he was back the next day with a rush-job to install it."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"I had bought a front door from another home, and of course nothing lined up hinges, height, width etc... but after a hour and some change of Rob craftiness, it fits like a glove and looks great."

"Alex is a sincere and dedicated entrepreneur. Of course, I have never met or seen him before. When setting up my new business, I looked into business owners related to his field through the Angis list. He was the first to contact me, and he was the most proactive in understanding my needs. He arrived punctually on the scheduled day without a single delay. He demonstrated incredible professionalism in his work and possesses the thoughtful communication skills that clients require. I believe this stems from his good character and personality. Throughout the entire time he was working, I felt as if I were chatting and laughing with a childhood friend I had known for a long time, deeply sharing and understanding each other's lives. Before I go off-topic, I want to say this: If you value privacy or protection for your home or business windows, I highly recommend contacting Alex. He will prove through his work that your choices are reliable and trustworthy."

"Called to schedule a repair and was told a price based on measurements and that the job would be done same day as when the technician came. Technician came out next day and the price almost doubled and it took two more days for the window to be repaired. We are satisfied with the window but wish the person on the phone would of had more accurate information."
