Contacted them by phone and ask for est to replace water heater. They were very prompt with the est. I ask them when they could do the job, they said next day in the morning. Around 9:30 am they called and told me they were on the way if I would be home. They showed up a few minutes later....
They came and drained the old water heater (10 yrs old original to the house) and hauled it out of the attic. They then installed the new one. They informed me that the vent duct work was not done correctly and wondered how it ever passed inspection before. They also charged me $150 extra...
