"Terrible. Contractor would keep delaying appointments - would not show up on time. After we paid in full up front, they removed existing cabinetry at first appointment, leaving bathroom unusable. Eventual new cabinets did not fit, and they were going to have to be rebuilt. Meanwhile, the two men doing the crown molding work did a very terrible job - joints were not flush and it looked worse than before they started. By this time, we had seen enough, and since they had not yet started on the cabinet remake, we opted to cancel the contract and find an actual professional cabinetmaker. Bath by Design owner refused to refund the full amount for the bathroom cabinet work. Told us to complain to BBB. We have tried to get refund for well over a year now, but to no avail. Avoid this company at all costs!"

Roofing Business. I have been on business 13 years. Our goal is to give the best service to each customer. I treat each job as if it was my own home. I feel that each house is an opportunity to do my best and be on the top of the list for roofing companies in the state of Texas. I work with the Insurance Company to get the roof replaced. I give up to $1,500.00 off of the original price of the roof replacement for doing business with our company. The roof goes through your insurance company and we go over the paperwork together. If you were denied a new roof from your Insurance Company, I can still help you to get a new roof, and most of the time, with no money out of your own pocket. I do not do free estimates. I charge $300.00 for an estimate. Reason being; I work with the Insurance Company and I do not do individual estimates.

"I would rate a zero for Troy who works for them on the repairs of your home he hired a guy named Rick who did not do a great job n my main concern was my window that they refused to fix that was damaged by the break in it got hit with the tear gas bullets n shattered the glass n when they replaced it I told him it was not set rt that it moves n wobbles n he sai d oh it’s an old home window really it never done that before n still did not want to fix it"

They are currently doing several projects on my house, including fixing damage caused by my HVAC company. They are dealing directly with that company to handle payment so I don't have to worry about. They were here in less than 12 hours of my finding the damage to begin the removal of the wet insulation, and had fans in to dry the water. I can not say enough about Carlos and his crews. I would recommend them for any work you want done. In fact, they are doing three projects for my mother's properties now as well. She is also highly satisfied, and she has extremely high standards for the work done on her properties."
