windows look absolutely great!!!! They put a lot of work into cleaning them. This is my first experience with windows cleaners and they were great. they really got in there and scrubbed the windows because of the dirt build up on the outside. They cleaned the screens, interior window ledges and the metal frames.
the crew of 2 were very polite and courteous. They even wore the booties while in the house to help keep interior clean. Nice touch.
there was one issue: one of my windows which had tinting was accidentally torn. The man apologized (said that only happened to him twice in 7 years) and was on the phone with the owner to resolve. No blame game here or "defensive"-ness. Daniel Bellows, the owner, called 1 hour later and came out 2 days later to repair. He picked up the same film from home Depot and re-installed the film. He made sure I was happy with the job.
Even though a "problem" occurred, it was handled very professionally and have no qualms about using them or recommending them.
I have dealt with other contractors that were far less courteous, professional, etc. and Daniel really takes corporate responsibility seriously which is a very good thing to have. Kudos to you!
