They were knowledgeable, polite and respectful of our property. They worked with me to get the best views and coverage from our cameras. We initially needed some minor adjustments and the came out promptly and addressed our concerns. I wish all of the vendors we’ve used at our residence would have been this competent and professional. Tactical Remodeling company was started by Recently Separated Veterans from the US Armed Forces. We believe that contracting, like any mission, must be precise, efficient and reliable. Our employees arrive on time, meet deadlines, and all work is inspected after completion via a walkthrough with our inspector and the client. We ensure everything is squared away at the time of contract so that there is no communication or room for errors. We provide Free Estimates within Bexar County. All other Surrounding areas are subject to a $50 outside-area estimate fee. This fee must be paid at the time of estimate unless contract is signed at the time of estimate. At time of signed contract we require 50% of the total cost to be paid upfront (cash, check, or credit card). The remaining 50% will be collected at the time of the satisfactory walkthrough. *if check is returned for any reason, we charge a $35 off in addition to any fees incurred as a result and the assignment will be paused until the initial 50% is paid in full via cash*
