It?s been pretty good with them.  The installation went well.  What I like the most is that you can use their app to remotely arm and disarm the system.

It has been a year and a half since the system was installed.  Both the sales rep and install rep were professional, courteous and extremely helpful.  In addition, every time I have called customer service my questions are answered by knowledgeable reps that are kind and helpful.  I appreciate their service!

We kept receiving lights on our security systems conrol panel indicating a particular zone was disabled. We had already been giving some thought to changing from ADT to another alarm monitoring company and went on Angie's list to search for a company that had excellent reviews from other Angie List members, and was local to our area. When I called Guardian Security Systems, I spoke directly with the company's owner, Steve Hudgins. After speaking with Steve I was more than convinced his company was the right one for finding out why we kept losing zones in our system and also was the company I wanted to go with for our future monitoring needs. Steve assigned Ron Escamilla to come to our home on July 3 to perform the work we had agreed on. While Ron was at our home completing the work, he discovered the reason for our losing the zones in our security system in the first place was due to squirrels in the attic. Apparently the squirrels had chewed thru several of the alarm wires. In fact Ron came face to face with a squirrel while in our attic. To make a long story short, we had to get rid of the squirrels before we could continue with fixing all of the alarm issues. Now the squirrels are gone, Ron will be returning to complete the work. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company from the owner and the people that work for him. What I really like about dealing with Guardian Security Systems, is when I call, I always get a call right back from either Steve or Ron. Ron was able to fix the zones the squirrels had chewed the wires on with wireless connections, while keeping the hard wired zones that were still functional in place. Also having the wireless capabilty now, allows us to expand to new zones quite easly. If anyone is thinking about either installing a new security system or upgrading an existing one, I would strongly recommend Guardian Security Systems. You will not be disappointed.

I appreciated that the sales person informed me of the fact that the contract will auto renewal if you do not give the 60 or 90 days notice (I forget off the top of my head the exact time frame) at the end of the contract.  I marked it on my calendar so that I could make a decision at that time.  We will be staying with Guardian - the few issues we have had were taken care of promptly.

I did do some research on my own and almost every alarm company had a common complaint regarding the fact that you are locked into a contract and then it automatically renews on the anniversay date if you do not give a notice (the # of days required for the notice is either 30 or 60 days) .  We signed a 2-year contract with Guardian and I have marked my on-line calendar to remind me when the renewal period is close - at that time I am going to request a month - to -month contract.  I don't know if they will do that, we will find out at that time. The sales person was very informative and explained various alarm options that we could chose from.  I found the Angie's list coupon AFTER I had talked with him and they had no problem honoring the coupon after the fact.  The few times we have called customer service with questions or issues, we have always been satisfied with the service and have no complaints.

I’ve never had any problems. They are much better than ADT, who I would not recommend.

They came out got us installed and it has all worked well so far. No problems or false alarms.

They are reliable, and trustworthy. They try to keep the cost down. My alarm was six years old and had to be redone. I would use them in the future.

They are a great company.

It has been a very positive experience with them and I feel secure in our home because of that.

Have had Guardian Security Systems for over 20 years.  Obviously, very please with the service. 

Solved my problem and were great to work with. The $240 is my annual monitoring fee.
