They were good. The guy was professional, he explained everything. I would recommend them. The guy who owns it is a police officer. The price is competitive to. They're very responsive.

I was unhappy with another alarm company who raised my monthly rate so I called Security One. I talked to the owner on the phone and he set a time to come out to inspect my home so he could give me a quote for their service. When he got to my house,he inspected my alarm system, acted in a very professional manner,and quoted me a fair monthly rate. When I told him I wanted to switch to Security One,he called his technician to come to the house and make the changeover. When the technician arrived,I called my old alarm company and had their service terminated. Security One activated my service to them the same day.
Both the technician and company owner were very polite and thanked me for being their new customer. I am very satisfied with Security One Security.

Great service and work!

They are excellent. They show up when they are supposed to. They added the system and made sure I knew how to work it. They also update equipment on a regular basis.

We have not had any problems. They have always been good. Part of our contract is maintenance on the alarm system and they have always been very good about that. We added on to our home about 8 years ago and they sent a tech right out who added on the extra alarms. They have been very easy to work.

It was easy to get ahold of them. They had a decent price. They don't give you a hard time if you need to break the contract. I've had no problems with them.

Security One does an excellent job. There are not enough good things we can say about them. We had an incident where someone tried to break into our home and the company came through. They had the authorities out here immediately and the would be thieves were caught.

Security One does a very good job monitoring our alarm system. They are always very helpful as they answer any questions that I have. I feel that the price that they charge is very reasonable as it provides us with great security.

We found them to be very good service because they are a local company and a friend referred them to us. The price was very reasonable because we did a comparison with other alarm system companies. The wiring was installed before the house was completely built by our builders. They also installed censor lights and it only took a day to install the system.

Security One did a very good job installing our alarm, it works great. They explained everything to us about how it works. We paid the yearly fee and then the installation was free. It was a wonderful deal.
