We only use insured, trusted sub-contractors to aid in all of our projects. Initial visit to make contact and discuss customer expectations is free; from there a contract will be drawn up. Depending on the scope of work, or if designs will need to be made, payment arrangements will vary. Method of billing/payments will be set forth and agreed upon by both parties before any work commences.
