Initially the provider was communicative and on time. I could tell the effort was there to get the work started as quickly as possible. The demolition didn't take long and before I knew it they were putting up new walls. The subcontractors that were hired were very good at their work and the tile they laid was fantastic. The vanity, countertops, and sink were great quality as well. The problems lied when it came to finalizing the finishing touches for the project. Many of the bathroom fixtures I ended up have to purchase myself and install myself. When it came to install the final cabinet it was apparently forgotten about and Andres has mentioned that he needed 1 final check of $1800 to order the cabinet. I wrote the check, but every time I tried to schedule an install date with Andres starting on April 23rd he mentioned there were always delays in obtaining the cabinet. As of writing this it's been over 2 months of delays and the provider Andres hasn't been returning my messages or providing an updated ETA on the cabinet installation to finish the project.

Andre is extremely courteous, accommodating, and understanding. His crew are very professional and hardworking. The entire process exceeded my exceptions. I highly recommend A&M Flooring for all your home improvement needs.

Removed and replaced dry rot siding on 3 of 4 sides of two-story house, installed insulation, painted entire house, plus some incidental repairs. His crew was excellent, friendly, responsible, kept worksite as clean as could be expected. Andre was always available and responsive, goes the extra mile. Paid 1/2 up front and remainder in sequential payments. Never a problem. I?d use him again. In fact, I?m already scheduled.

Yes Bath remodel Flooring Painting came amazing

I hired Andre to remodel my kitchen, paint a bedroom and closet, paint two hallways, paint livingroom, refinish wood floors in livingroom and replace all electrical outlets and switches in all this area. They took off all outlets and left this hole in my livingroom right next to my Grandfather Clock. Not only does it look bad but cold air comes thru there. I have been calling him since September 2024 to come finish this. He usually will not answer my calls but when he does it is the same story each time I will call you tonight and let you know when we can come finish that. Never does he return the calls. In my closet the rod was taken down and thrown away. Not sure why. I finally went and bought a new rod and replaced it in closet so the closet could be used. Because after many calls and him blaming his helper for not bringing the rod and replacing I just did it myself. Unfortunately I cannot replace electrical outlets myself and I paid him for doing it he needs to come do it.

Andre was a lot of fun to work with, and made the experience far less stressful. We were simultaneously painting interior and exterior while also replacing the floors. It was chaotic. The team that was here were very accommodating and even installed some new lights for us even though it wasn’t part of the bid. We already have other projects in mind and will definitely be calling Andre back.

The finished faster than the time quoted. They showed up at the exact same time as promised every day.

This is my second time getting flooring installed from these guys and they do quality work!

Andre contracted on 5-6-24 thru Roy at Greater Texas Concepts 210-309-7641 to remove popcorn ceiling thru out the house, interior paint and install six new windows. The windows were installed in 6-1 however the kitchen window was cracked. Roy confirmed window replacement was ordered 6-4 and I made final payment. After seven calls/text to Roy and eight calls to Andre in 75+ days, neither one has returned my calls to arrange replacement.

Andre did an amazing job of rehabbing my in-laws home for resale. The original job was to paint and install LVP throughout the entire home. The project grew to include patio, laundry room, garage and to many other things to name. Andre was such a pleasure to work with. His patience, knowledge and sense of humor made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He has the utmost integrity of anyone I've ever worked with and his dedication to the project was evident from the beginning to the end. May God continue to bless him and his business and in all that he does.

Very easy to work with. Helped in making vital decisions about colors that were used. When an error was mas it was corrected quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again in the future on other projects.

Andre and his crew did a phenomenal flooring job for us. We were very pleased with Andre's attention to detail and the crew's excellent workmanship. We're planning on using A&M Concepts LLC for additional projects in the near future.

Andre did a phenomenal job and the pricing I thought was fair. Iâ m thankful I found Andre and will definitely be using his services for a couple more future projects I want done. His attention to detail with everything is great, which u ohs hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Do not trust in any way in this company and in Andre Silva the owner, the estimate he gave me at the beginning was wrong, he has no order to do the work, I showed him errors made in the work he does not correct them, he does not bring material to continue The work, the quality of the texture on the walls, the paint is a crap and the only thing it gives are excuses and it doesnt fix anything. I gave him a partial payment to start which I put into his pocket. He is a liar, he has no words and stops answering the phone. ANDRE SILVA ITS LIAR !!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I am a returning customer and always pleased and impressed by the quality and professionalism. First time I worked with them was installation of wood flooring, this time was wood-look porcelain tile. Amazing work. Transition between rooms and attention to detail could not have been better. Absolutely recommend them for your flooring needs.

Andre and his crew great completed the work on time and within budget. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality workmanship. The work that they did on my house, it sold within 10 minutes of listing for sale at over the asking price.

I see that there are no reviews for this company since 2019. My mother hired Andre and his crew last April 2022. He seemed to enforce his ideas and was not too keen on wanting to listen to a 72 yr. old female and a 44 yr. old female. My mother was very specific about the type of wood she wanted to be used and it WAS NOT particle board or oriented strand board. We wanted authentic wood. I believe that Andre was trying to cut the cost of materials so that he could come out with a bigger payout for himself. He was extremely difficult to reach by phone, and his staff (which I deduced was very limited) would show up past noon on many of the workdays or would not show up at all; they even took a vacation in the middle of the project. The reason for their absence would be that they were working on other projects. If you are limited on staff then only take what you can handle. The paint job on the siding was shoddy, and lots of areas were not completed. They promised to come back to finish and never did. Andre promised to come back for a final inspection but did not. I would not recommend this company. I suspect that because we were on a limited budget, he did not want to bother with us. He also quoted us a price and asked for $2,000 over the quote and we never received our money back.

We are happy with the work that was done on our flooring and windows as well as the fact that both jobs were completed within the time frame we were given. Would definitely recommend.

Professional

Everything quoted was completed. I like the fact the company used multiple specialized crews for various parts of the job. Windows crew, Hardie crew, paint crew and gutter crew. Communication was constant. I was consulted on my preferences while they were working. There were a couple MVPs among the crews - these were very personable gentlemen. I am already planning for a flooring job with this company in the future.

Hired this company told me they could do the job in 3 weeks. Took them 2 months to finish the job. Cost me time and money as I was renting another place month to month and couldn't move in until work was completed. Contractor is difficult to reach. Contractor offered to discount job for $500 to compensate. Contractor blamed it on another contractor for the delay. Work was sloppy; had to keep contacting contractor to come finish work or clean up their mess. Over sprayed paint, over spray texture, left a mess, doors weren't installed properly. My security senors went missing. Days would go by with no one showing up to finish the job (I had a security camera). They still haven't completed their work here; door missing door knob. I'm moving on, but leaving a review of my experience with this company. Good luck with this company.
