"AC Review When my AC quit, I called my Home Owner’s Warranty. They assigned a service provider, who said the condenser along with the furnace had to be replaced. They gave me a quote that seemed high, but it came with a “90 day price match guarantee”. I checked Angie’s List to get more info. Brent called immediately, and I told him what I needed. Based on my explanation, he gave me a ballpark estimate that was far less than the other bid. The HOW’s contractor was ready to start the same day. We were hot, in a hurry, and had the price match guarantee; so we told them to go ahead. Brent said he would still write a proposal for us if I gave him the specs. I sent a list of the work items with the model no. of the unit, but Brent did not carry that model. He would have to call the manufacturer for pricing info; so could he just quote the equipment he had. I thought it was important to have the same model for a valid comparison. Brent took the extra time to get the pricing, and still did not charge for the estimate. When I received Brent’s proposal, I submitted it for the price match. At one point the provider agreed to return the difference between Brent’s bid and the final amount I had paid but they refused to account for the HOW allowance, which I believed they received from the HOW company. The next day they called back and said they would not honor the price match after all. They claimed the bid I submitted was not “legitimate” rather, it was just a copy of their proposal and the technician had not actually been onsite. Again Brent was willing to come to my home and give me another estimate. Above is the short version with just the main facts. There were many calls and text messages, and Brent was extremely very helpful the entire time. If I ever need any AC work in the future, I will hire Brent. I wholeheartedly recommend Air Specialist!"

"I put out a posting for an AC not cooling the house. Scott called me so fast I barely could answer the phone, and showed up just as fast. Scott came out and checked out my system, explained everything very thoroughly to me and gave me options for solutions without being pushy. Very professional, thorough, and polite. Will hire again! Thanks Scott!"

"Andres was very helpful and friendly. My AC was not blowing cold air and he quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I appreciated the time he took to explain what he noticed and the tips that he gave me to make sure my unit will continue to last."

"They found my problem and fixed it. Now they are officially my AC company. Would refer them to all my friends and family."

"I called PHR A/C & Heating to repair my central air system, and they exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was quick and hassle-free, and the technician Erick arrived on time. They were incredibly professional, explained the problem clearly, and repaired it the same day. Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Since the repair, my AC has been working perfectly. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and expertise!"

"We have had five other companies come out to look at our ducts. Our bedrooms are extremely hot and all the other companies told me there was nothing wrong, and one company even told us we needed to spend $6k on new ductwork. Mr. Boyd is the only one who was able to help solve our problem. He was able to fix our problem the same day, and he also recommended other things we could do to increase our air flow. He was very friendly and honest. We will definitely call him back out in the future if we have any issues."

"I live in Dallas, Texas. I have had Enoch Air out before => once for an electrical issue; another time to have them install a window AC unit. This latest plumbing issue being the third time these guys have come out => I have absolutely nothing but superlatives to say about Enoch Air, Electric & Plumbing. Their entire operation is just a pleasure and a huge relief. They do business the OLD SCHOOL way. They are actually concerned with the customer’s predicament - unheard of in this day and time. Customer service is non-pareil’ and they are very prompt. And no, I’m not related or co-joined to Enoch Air in any shape, form, or fashion. Their prompt, courteous, and reasonable attention is much appreciated by the wife and this ole’ boy. Thank you, Enoch Air!!! *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 10/12/2019."
