Scott was very responsive. Every time I called or messaged him he responded promptly. He showed me my options and didn't try and up-sale me on stuff I didn't need. They showed up when they said they would, did the work (changed out coils, condenser, and miscellaneous other stuff), cleaned up and were done. Would use them again when the other unit goes (hopefully not for a long time!!).

I put out a posting for an AC not cooling the house. Scott called me so fast I barely could answer the phone, and showed up just as fast. Scott came out and checked out my system, explained everything very thoroughly to me and gave me options for solutions without being pushy. Very professional, thorough, and polite. Will hire again! I moved into a new (older) home and had Scott inspect the AC/heating. He was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain everything and and made future recommendations but did not push. He fixed a couple of minor problems and we'll see how that works. Would hire again.
