We had them replace our old A/C with a heat pump system. It cools and heats much better, it's much quieter and we're hoping to see a huge decrease in our electric bill.

Daniel came to my home on the first day and found a low refrigerant level. After adding the refrigerant there was some change but not what he thought should be enough for the upstairs AC unit. He left promising to comeback the next day to see how things were doing. The Upstairs AC was still having issues keeping up with the afternoon heat. Upon further investigation Daniel found a space between the wall studs and the cold air return area under the HVAC Unit. This space allowed the unit to pull super heated air from the roof peak dead space down into the cold air return area. Daniel came back the third day with all the necessary equipment and supplies to close off and seal these open areas between the studs. BOOM! the AC is now able to keep as cool as the identical unit downstairs. This issue had been here since the original install of the custom built home since 2013. I was very happy with the work, professionalism and the dogged reluctance to except anything but success in solving the issue. Alvin Air will be my go to from this point forward and they should be yours as well. Now the best part, my bill was for the diagnosis flat fee and the refrigerant only. Less than $400.00 dollars. Compare that service.. I would give them a ten star rating if I could.

Danny has done numerous things for us from troubleshoot and repair to replacing the ductwork and there's more in the works. He and his crew are professionals with no dallying around, they're in and out quick in most cases and leave no sign they were there. I highly recommend Danny and Alvin Air to all. Top shelf. The technicians were very informed on the equipment, explained the operation of the UV light and new filtration, did their work timely and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again as necessary.
