My wife and I were very pleased and impressed with Kenny. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. We had a tricky slab leak/burst pipe and his knowledge and expertise definitely showed. Kenny was able to pinpoint the problem, but he simply didn't patch it, he completely replaced the plumbing so it's never a problem again. We will definitely hire Kenny for future jobs/plumbing issues.

Kenny was very responsive. He gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone, and the next day, he came out and confirmed his estimate. He completed the work the following day. I was impressed that he was running a copper line - not plastic. At first, his price seemed a little high, but for the materials he used, and the workmanship he did, I feel like it was money well spent. He not only ran the line, he filled in the holes we had dug looking for the leak. I would definitely hire Kenny again.

Whole pipe inside wall had to be shortened, plumber did so without any wall damage. Looks great!

Kenny does very good work. I called late in the day and he showed up early the following day, even though I wasn't in a hurry. It didn't take him 30 minutes to replace the faucet. Price was very fair. He was also involved in a major remodel 6 years ago. All the work he did is still going strong - wish I could say the same about some of the other contractors involved in the remodel.

Our water heater kept coming on and off. Then we noticed hot water in our bathroom commodes. Kenny knew immediately it was a slab leak. He sent a company out to detect its location (additional cost). They located it in the middle of our master bedroom. We had used Kenny in the past and were always satisfied. However, this time we feel we were OVERCHARGED! His crew did about 12 hours of tunneling under our house and he crawled in there and replaced the leaking part of copper pipe in about 30 minutes. I have talked to a lot of friends after our leak, and they only paid about half as much to fix their problem. The problem is fixed but at an arm and a leg for cost. Kenny would not honor the 10% off coupon since the cost was so high.

Really well. Kenny made a special trip to my house to make sure the hardware I was ordering would fit properly. He provided a reliable estimate, repaired the leak and replaced the bathtub hardware. The flange for the shower arm was shipped with a significant dent in it. He repaired that so that it looks new. To do the work he had to go in behind the fixtures which required him to cut a hole in sheetrock. He covered the hole with a nice looking panel. This is the second time we have used Sachse Plumbing and have been very satisfied each time.

Everything went perfect and I'm so happy with the quality of his work. Kenny will be my only plumber for now on.. I can't brag about him enough.

Had him come out to replace a leaking water heater pressure relief valve. He was fully booked that day but made room in his schedule for me since I was only at home that weekday. Showed up quickly and got work done efficiently. Work quality looks great.

I called Kenny before 7:00am he answered and diagnosed the issue while on the phone. He came prepared to fix our issue. The job was completed within 2 hours. All I can say is that Kenny is amazing!!!

I received a call from daughter telling me had water leaking into the house. Panic was what I felt. I called several big companies with no availability and some were plain rude. I found Sachse Plumbing on Angie's list and the ratings were fantastic. I call Kenny who and explained what was going on. Kenny immediately put my mind at ease and walked me through some things to stop the damage. He came out the next day, communicating with me at all times. Once Kenny arrived his confidence to solve my problem was extremely reassuring. He found the problem in minutes. Gave me a price, cracked out his tools and fixed it without a hitch. Kenny is a straight shooter, and delivers results. Professional, fair priced and very knowledgeable. I felt like was doing business with a friend from the start. If you have any plumbing issues especially the kind that tend to stir panic in homeowners, I highly and I mean highly recommend Kenny.

Excellent. Kenny was extremely helpful and responsive, explained everything, etc. And we liked his crew, my wife, especially, was very happy with them. This was a pretty big job, they tunneled under the foundation over 12 feet, not easy going. Kenny repaired the leak and no issues since. I had some follow-up questions after the job was done and Kenny talked to me about it on a Sunday afternoon (he even offered to drop by). Really excellent service, very competent and friendly. I called Sachse Plumbing Sunday afternoon to ask for service and left a phone message. Kenny, the owner and master plumber called me back very quickly and told me he already had two slab leak jobs booked, and couldn't promise that he would have time for us until mid-week. Well, Kenny called me this morning (the next day after I first called) and said he could be here this morning. Kenny came out, removed the old manifold for the instant hot water system, installed a new, better one and finished the job the right way, with the right materials, done correctly. We couldn't be happier with the work and the wonderful service we received! Kenny at Sachse Plumbing is our new plumber!

It went great. Kenny came the day we called. He seemed knowledgeable and said he would try to have someone come out that day and pinpoint the break location. He said he would be back to make the repair the next day. That evening, after dark, the crew came out and marked the break location. Kenny showed up early the next day with his crew and, as promised, made the repair. He did not leave a mess and we were very happy.

Kenny arrived on time and accomplished the replacement of the inner plumbing promptly. He also unclogged a stubborn clog in the master bathroom toilet

It was fine except that the plumber mistook a cardboard storage bin for a trash can with wet plumbing parts! Ugh!

Sachse Plumbing Owner Kenny, Jr. did such a fantastic job stopping our backyard faucet leaks by replacing the worn-out faucets themselves. As an Angie's List member, he gave us the 10% discount!
