Strong winds from storms moved the vent and broke the seal causing the leak. Gave me two choices…remove the old vent and patch roof or shorten the vent on the roof to cut down on the wind moving it, and sealing it. Went with the latter…had it done immediately…correctly and at a great rate. No leaks even with the recent storms. Very happy"
