"Their office originally quoted $1298.00 to install 6 new outlets and repair a non-functional ceiling light. As it turned out, I only needed 4 outlets and replacement of the ceiling light for a final price of $1327.28. The technician, Chase, was fantastic. He was here at 9:00 am on the dot and got right to work. As stated above, he determined that I only needed 4 outlets to accomplish what I wanted and replacement of the ceiling light. He was very patient and thorough with this work. He also answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of since that's how I learn to do things). He was happy to explain anything I asked and completed all of the work is a very satisfactory way. The sole reason I rated them as only 3 stars is because their office nor Angi's site told me up front that they do not repair the holes in the walls that were necessary to complete the installation of the new outlets. Chase was apologetic when he explained that to me and said they could recommend a company that will do that work. I assured him that he didn't need to apologize since that is a company decision rather than his. I would suggest to the company that they enter into a partnership with someone to complete the repair of the wall holes and that be included in their price, rather than placing that burden on their customer (especially when their customer may be a senior citizen). If that would have been included, I would have rated them 1000+. Unfortunately, that is the only factor that will prevent me from using them again."

"This was a tough job by anyone’s standard. ElectricMan was very responsive to my call and sent David out to the house to do the work the day after I called. They let me know when he was coming via texts and he was on time, practiced social distancing and after assessing the fan installation as well as the new switch, was able to complete the installation. The fan installation went as planned and required a larger hole for the fan unit. He cut the hole so it would be easy for the drywall to be replaced. As the old exhaust fan (circa 1989) only used four wires, he had to fish two new wires from the new fan unit to the switch so it could operate the additional controls, which was difficult to say the least, but he got it done. The new exhaust fan is operating per manufacturers spec’s and he left the house clean and in good order. What could be better. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with David and ElectricMan. I had used another big-name company for some past electrical work, but no more. I am planning on a couple of other projects for ElectricMan to do the work on and highly recommend them to anyone."

"Stay away! Completely took advantage of elderly Mom. Way over charged for simple job, over 1K! Shaun wanted $500 for a simple dishwasher install..! Crazy! Then to make it worse, confused her into signing up for some monthly membership to get a "discount" on bill. Wish she would've called me first. Just sad how they took advantage of her. ZERO stars if I could."

"Johnnie and Kyle were lifesavers, literally! Our heater kept tripping the breaker and when my husband flipped the switch back on, sparks flew. Our home is new to us, but was built in the 70s, we were unaware of how bad the electrical wiring was, the Inspector, for some reason, didn't catch it when we bought the house. There was an older breaker box inside my husband's closet also, the wiring inside was a jumbled mess and had several burned areas. We were extremely lucky our house hadn't already burned down. Johnnie and Kyle worked way late into the night having to basically rewire everything. They took extra care in making sure our house was safe for us. We also had concerns over the cost, this was not the best time financially for us, but we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged us. Both men were extremely polite, friendly and considerate of our needs. We will be calling Jade Electrical for all of our electrical needs from now on and referring them to everyone we know."
