He arrived a on day and time promised. Communication was excellent. Finished product was exactly as I expected.

Lonnie Davis was a great help on several tasks in my apartment. He was prompt, very efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely hire him again.

Things seemed to be going well at first however it appeared that Lonnie was taking a very long time and getting sidetracked by working on things that were not on the original list of projects that I gave him to work on. He charges by the hour and a lot of that time was spent going back and forth from my house to his truck multiple times per hour. When I asked him about this and reminded him of the original list of projects that I asked him to do he became defensive and left almost immediately. It seems that efficiency and being held accountable to his customers are not important to him. I work from home and my adult kids live here so we were able to monitor his work perhaps more than most. I?m concerned about the elderly and customers that aren?t at home are being taken advantage of.

I had an especially challenging ceiling light replacement project that included repairing a nasty hole in the ceiling and reinforcing the area to support the new fixture. Lonnie found a creative solution, did the tedious work, and now I have a repaired ceiling and a new light. He also hung a new towel bar, fixed a broken drawer runner, hung a rack in the utility room, and gave me some good advice about several other repairs that still need attention. I will definitely have him back to work on the remaining projects. He is easy-going, polite, smart, and I highly recommend his handyman services.

Lonnie repaired sheet rock, replaced wood trim with hardie plank on chimney, siding, window, refinished a mahogany door, rebuilt closet shelving plus a number of other projects. He also went beyond what was expected in repairing or retouching areas on the outside of the house I hadn't noticed but he saw while doing the original work. We're very pleased with the completed projects. The trim work, for example, is much better than the original (quality and appearance).
