It was horrible. They will come to work every other day or every 2 to 3 days. What was supposed to take them three days took them almost 3 weeks to finish and when they finally finish, the work is so horrible after about a couple of weeks the nails started popping out. They messed up our gate where the gate doesn t go all the way back because the fence is intruding in part of the exit gate And he will not call us back. We had a three year warranty with him. He doesn t reply. he doesn t call back. It s just horrible because we paid $14,000 for this work and now we re gonna have to get it done all over again so terrible.

Their workmanship was terrible! Post were not dug deep enough. First hard wind blew fence over. I tried to get them back out to repair fence & they wouldn't.

They hurried through the fencing, ramp and deck. They were not taking pride in their work. The ramp was at least 6 inches higher than the old one. When I asked how they expected me to use the ramp, they started digging in my yard to make slopes at the top and bottom. When I mentioned it to the boss he said to go buy dock ramps for Home Depot. On the fencing, I asked for the pickets to overlap the kickboard and the reply was we do not build them that way. For the deck, it is out of square, a lot of the screws were not set, they had some on the boards with the stamping showing and one side of the railings is unlevel. They coated the ramp and deck with a very thin clear coating. Before they coated them they cleared their lines from using a brown coating into my grass and killing it. The next day I went to water my lawn and they had ripped the male end with the nozzle from the hose. When I told the boss he said I will tell them to be more careful.

We have the best looking fence in the neighborhood and Mr. Roy went out of his way to pay attention to what I asked for and they went way above and beyond on everything

We purchase a new home that had no fence on a fairly large property. We researched for a good reputable fence company. Troy, the owner of Pro 5 Star Fencing and Supplies was so thorough, well attentive and helpful through the whole process. He texted us daily as the work was being done with pictures and videos. The two gentleman that installed the fence were on time, communicative, and respectful. The owner constantly stayed in contact to let me know the timeline of the install. The fence looks great! Everyone went above and beyond - highly recommend.

I first gave All pro 5 Star fencing a 10 and recommend them. After about 2-3 months my wood fence was falling. I had a hard time getting them to come back and fix my fence. They had only dug down a few inches to install the post and then cut the top of the post off. After a good wind, the fence was falling. They came back and added more posts but did the same thing. Needless to say, this did not fix the problem. They did come back and dug deeper holes and reburied the post but the fence looks awful. The staining is splotchy, The wrought iron gate is crooked and does not operate properly. I spent several thousand dollars for a fence that I am sure will have to be replaced in a couple of years. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I would emphatically say NOT TO HIRE All Pro 5 Star Fencing & Supplies!!! My issues with them are primarily their shoddy worksmanship and quality, lack of knowledge of how to properly build a fence, inability to meet the agreed upon deadlines, misrepresentation of the fact that they only use employees (a total lie, they used a mix of employees, contractors and day laborers, one of whom quit and loudly detested All Star's business practices saying that they were paying peanuts) and just general sloppiness and a lack of concern for my property. To be more specific, let me recount the litany of mistakes. The driveway gate is sagging and leaning "alarmingly" from day 1 due to not being properly built (with a metal frame) to support the weight, gate mechanisms being installed backwards, gate latches installed under the minimum height of 54" causing it to fail inspection by the city, etc. Poor work quality, and/or sloppiness (gate cutouts not cut square, sections of pickets not nailed into the support boards, gaps in between the boards of a board-on-board fence, etc.). And, in general, shoddy workmanship, (trim boards left off, nails and screws not properly driven in, nothing being anywhere near straight or plumb, my property being left littered with nails, screws, food items, cigarette butts, etc.). Also, they exhibit a shocking lack of professionalism. They would say that they would be here at a specific time and show up several hours later than the stated time, if at all. This didn't just happen once or twice, this was an everyday occurrance. And everyday, it was a different excuse (our workers didn't show up, we are waiting for the lumberyard to load your materials onto our trailer, we ran into a traffic accident, traffic was bad, someone stole our table saw out of the back of our truck in the Home Depot parking lot, etc.). Eventually, they stopped even giving an excuse. So, surprise surprise, they didn't even come close to meeting the agreed upon (and called out and agreed to in the contract) deadlines. I eventually had to fire them for being in breach of contract for non performance and for failing to meet the agreed upon terms of the contract. As it stands now, they are 17 days beyond the agreed upon fence construction timeline and there are still problems with the fence that will need to be fixed before it will pass the city inspection). So, I will have to find another company to come in, repair/resolve all of the problems caused by their shoddy work, so that it will pass inspection by the city inspector. Long story short, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! If you do, you will definitely regret it. From my experience, it has been an absolute nightmare!
