She was very helpful in getting an exact cost of my part and then call me with what to expect for a total charge - NO SURPRISES! Wayne is very knowledgeable and explained why it needed the part replaced. I would highly recommend him They are extremely busy so please remember that it is not Lacie' s fault when she can't get you scheduled as fast as you would like"
