"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

Careful in minimizing any mess, but exacting and precise in their work. I witnessed every step, including the two visits fro the plumber and a drop in supervisor. The final result was just beautiful, and the cleaned up very well and were gone before 7 pm. I highly recommend them."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
