"From beginning to end the process went very smoothly. We started with a service call as the AC was not cooling well. It was found that the unit (outside and in the attic) had to be replaced though there was no pressure. The technician did say he could service the unit and with the service it would probably last a while longer. We decided to replace the system as the units are used year round with the south Texas temperatures are were 13+ years old. The technician was very professional and thorough patching the old system to get us through as the weather was in the 105 degree range all week. The company made an appointment to install the system and arrived as planned. This is very refreshing as we experience many companies who simple do not show up without repeated calls. The two young men who came to complete the install were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and stayed until everything worked as it should. I truly don't know how the two young men were able to complete the task as the temperature was SOOOO hot especially in the attic but work they did. I was very impressed from beginning to end and highly recommend this company."
