I was very satisfied with the service. The price was negotiable and fair. Jaime and the two young men helping him were very courteous and arrived to work on time. All components of the A/C were cleaned very well. I really appreciated the way they identified the repair needed to stop air escaping from the air handling unit and sealed with silver HVAC tape. I highly recommend Beto's Clean Ducts.

They were hired to clean and repair some air vents, after the work was done the air conditioning wasnâ t working as the man said that it would, when I asked him why his workers suggestion for duct work modification werenâ t working when thatâ s was the main purpose of the whole job I wanted to be done he then said I needed more ducts installed and wanted to charge me an extra 1,000+ my husband has been trying to get someone to come check why our ac is now working worse then before the cleaning and modifications that were done or to see what went wrong after they cleaned it and we keep getting dates that they are supposed to come out and never come just keep getting the â run aroundâ on how unfortunately they canâ t come out until a certain day that never comes. Not a great experience with this company and they only answer you by text messages that should have been my first bad sign
