AC was fixed quick, on a warm Sunday, and for a reasonable price. Dr. Cool and Mr Heat get it back to normal quick.

Contacted them to replace ductwork in an older home . All. Of the original duct work needed replaced . They recommended adding four more drops ,which I agreed to. When they ran into issues with the ceiling construction . The moved three vents and left three holes in my ceiling. And charged me for 13 drops . But only installed 9. I reached out to them before posting and they said they felt extra $1500 was justified.

I would most definitely recommend Dr Cool & Mr Heat for anyone looking for HVAC repairs. Their work ethic and customer service are second to none. The technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable, answering every question I had. They were fast to respond and are very affordable.

This is by far the best company Iâ ve hired to help me with my AC UNIT. They came exactly when they said they would, they were super respectful and patient with me since I had to be taking care of my baby, and the price was reasonable. I called them out the night my blower motor went out. They were polite when I called after hrs. They gave me a eta and arrived earlier. They were respectful and understood that there was people sleeping in the home. Replaced it with a universal motor and got the unit uo and running. They even followed up with me 2 hrs later to ensure that I was satisfied. I strongly recommend there service! 5 out of 5
