"I hired them to repair my garage door and I was very pleased. They are not only reasonably priced but they really know what they are doing too. They also gave me great information about how I can keep my garage door maintenanced. I have already recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so."

"My old garage door was going awry, opening by itself at odd times and getting stuck. Being that it is old and a bit run down, I thought for sure it would need to be replaced. Robert took his time and repaired it, charged me only a service call. It now runs like new! He only charged me a service call. Great service. Will definitely use these guys again. In fact, I have an appointment to service my gate as well!

"Superior customer service. The workers were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves including removing the old door from the premises. The time between agreeing on the service and installation was short. I think I was impressed in part because of the comparison between this company and the other one we contacted which even after 3 calls never bnothered to respond. But this experience was everything we hoped for.

Garage Doors questions, answered by experts

The amount of paint needed to cover a two-car garage floor depends on the surface area and the product's coverage rate. On average, a standard two-car garage floor measures 400 to 500 square feet. Coverage ranges from 100 to 200 square feet per gallon for epoxy paint, depending on the product and application method. After some quick math, you may need 2 to 5 gallons of epoxy paint with two coats to cover a two-car garage floor.

There is a reason many commercial garages and storage facilities have roller garage doors. They stand out as one of the most secure options due to their unique design. The compact installation and absence of visible leverage points on the sturdy aluminum curtain make them a formidable obstacle for potential intruders.

New garage doors are often worth the investment because they improve the appearance of your home, make it more secure, and add to your property value. Installing a new garage door costs $1,200 on average, but you’ll have greater peace of mind that your garage door will function properly and keep your home safe. If you sell your home shortly after replacing your garage door, you’re expected to see close to a 100% return on investment, which is significantly higher than most home improvement projects and almost instantly makes the project worthwhile.

Without a doubt, insulating a garage door is a surefire way to make your home more energy efficient. Not only does insulating your garage door reduce your electric bills, but it also helps protect your valuables inside your garage, all while making for a quieter interior space.

In regions that drop below 0 degrees Fahrenheit, your car's battery is at risk of malfunctioning in a garage that drops dangerously low. So, homeowners who reside in extremely cold climates can especially benefit from insulating their garages.

Just like any other part of your home, hurricane garage doors need regular maintenance to stay in top shape. This ensures they function optimally during storms and provide the protection you need.

You can do some basic maintenance yourself, like cleaning the tracks and lubricating the moving parts. It's as simple as using a mild detergent and water to clean the tracks and applying a silicone-based lubricant to the hardware. However, for more in-depth maintenance and inspections, it's a good idea to call in the professionals to identify any potential problems and fix them before they become more significant issues.
