"I worked with Felipe who works for Alamo Stone. I had text him pictures of the sink. My sink became unglued from the granite countertop and collapsed. For several days I tried finding someone to repair it. Granite company people said it was a plumbing issues and plumbers said it was a granite problem. I knew it wasn't big money like a totally cracked counter top, but Felipe gave me the time of day. It wasn't. plumbing issue. The house was built in 1983 so the glue had just decomposed over time.
