"Half of the city was scrambling for repairs after the hailstorms. I contacted three roofing companies as soon as the adjuster sent our estimate. One never called back. Another called back the next day and scheduled an estimate three months out. Neely from Great Built called me within the hour and scheduled an estimate within a couple of weeks (apologizing for being so busy!). Moe arrived to provide the estimate, and had straight answers to all of our questions. He gave a complete walk-through of the materials and methods Great Built planned to use.
