You will NEVER get better customer service than with Top Notch Gutters. For ANYTHING...period. Larry installed gutters at our house almost a year ago, and everything about the job was excellent. Price, materials, workmanship, communication. Recently I reached out to Larry because I was doing a drainage project and I wanted a small extension on a drain pipe. Larry was at my house the next day with what i needed. He installed the piece for me and then didn't want to accept payment. He said he just wanted to make his customers happy. I forced him to take something, and he was grateful. If every service I look for could come even close to how great Larry and his company are, i would be so, so happy.

I highly recommend Top Notch Gutter. Larry provides prompt and courteous service and stands behind his work. I hired him to add additional gutters to my house based on the quality of the initial gutter work he did for me back in 2012. I received a two-year warranty for the new gutters and when a storm brought one down, Larry responded quickly to replace it, using different hardware for extra reinforcement and hauling away the damaged section. I'm pleased that my new gutters match the old ones beautifully and keep the roof runoff from trenching my side yards.

Mr. Larry showed up relatively on time for initial appointment. After speaking with Landscape company, I was advised to get the remainder portion of the system tested as it appeared system was not working properly. I reached out to Mr. Larry and he stated he would call me back to schedule a date and time. I didn't receive a follow up as stated and I called and left several voice mail messages over several week period and Mr. Larry failed to respond.

Very quick to respond, give a quote, and schedule installation. Less than a week between when I called and when the gutters were installed. Excellent service and quality.

I would absolutely recommend that you have your new gutters installed or replaced by Top Notch Gutters. Larry and his crew did an excellent job from the start to the finish. Larry actually took his own time to work with my insurance company on several occasions to take more pictures and provide additional measurements. He went out of his way before I had even booked him for the job. Larry's crew did an excellent job in replacing my damaged gutters and even re-routed the gutter so it would flow away from my foundation. I provided the gutter screens for them to install and I was actually a little short on the estimate. They provided the extra screen at no cost to me! You should definitely give them a call and at the very least, give them a chance to give you an estimate.

Excellent, professional, and timely service! This company is great and I've used them twice! The totals were true to the estimates that were given both times (4 years ago and again this month). The first heavy rain after the recent installation revealed a few small glitches with overflow at one corner of my roof where rainwater from 3 different areas converges and also a problem with drainage into my rain barrels. Larry came over, troubleshooted, and fixed the rain barrel issues the same day that I called. The overflow at the corner requires another part to be ordered, which he did and he assured me that either he or one of his guys would come over to install it as soon as it arrives. Many thanks to all the TNG guys, especially Larry--who has the most amiable and can-do attitude!!!

Everything from the initial quote to the installation was handled very professionally. Everyone was always on time and everything was clearly explained.

The crew came out early, and even stayed late to complete the job. They willingly added a gutter that was not part of the original estimate. The color matches perfectly to the trim on our home.

Workers were punctual and very efficient.

The only issue was that the pricing is per linear foot of gutters. However going in to this, it was not clear that the downspouts are also counted at the same rate. Overall they did a good job.

Not good the installer faced two of the gutters from the top level onto the next level roof and one of them was directing all the water straight into my satellite dish which was there when he installed it 12 inches away and now I have water damage in my home

As is always the case, everything was handled in a professional, courteous manner. If any repairs were needed in addition to the cleaning, they were handled.

They were in and out of here same day. No sign of them having even been here except for the very well matched gutters to our trim.
