overpriced for a poor quality job. Very defensive when I complained that the work done was not satisfactory. I hired them to do a total of 4 projects. They did work on stone fireplace that is still not dry after 1 week. the surface is sticky. Some ceiling repair work from a leak was stained. They tried to cover it then told me they had a friend that could paint it for $300.00. When I asked why I had to pay someone else when I had already paid them to do the job she informed me that unless I give her a 5 star rating she would not honor ANY of her work and her work will not be warrantied. I am extremely unhappy with the entire MESS!

"Look at all the other 5 STAR RATINGS AND REVIEWS. There are always some ungrateful people in life. All of Jackie?s exterior wood was deteriorating from lack of maintenance for years. So the job was patching and refilling most wood on pergolas both front and back, which we did. Then custom color oil-base applied to all areas making them healthy and looking cared for and new. We oil-base colored and sealed stone fireplace also. I?m putting pictures in deck section of my profile as further proof of our excellent work for 30 years. Evidenced also by our many 5 STAR RATINGS AND REVIEWS."

ZMX,LLC went above and beyond our expectations. We had our outside patio laid with brick by a local contractor; after the brick was laid the contractor sealed the brick and ruined the beautiful brick we spent a substantial amount of money on. The bricks were covered with a milky white stain my husband and i were devasated. ZMX came in and not only removed the milky white stains but sealed the bricks they now look amazingly beautiful. Words cannot express our gratitude for the beautiful workmanship this company did! We highly recommend them.

ZMX, LLC is committed to getting the job done correctly. Easy to work with. They care and it shows. They did a great job and though they were hardly the cheapest they deliver quality, which does have A price. As to service, they came back to show me how I could easily maintain the fine work the delivered. Id recommend them to anyone.

I hired them to clean the floor and grout and to seal the grout. I was told the job would take two days (about 1000 sqft). After two days they said they were done and left with no instructions on after care.. nada. She said she would email the instructions and the warranty and I still have neither. The ceramic floor now has an uneven shine, painted lines showing past the grout lines, entire sections where there is no product, large areas where the product wasn't properly spread... I was told that was the best they could do and that I could get a green scrubby pad and vinegar to "touch it up" . It doesn't need touch up... it needs to be stripped and redone. Don't hire these people for ceramic flooring... they may be great for natural surfaces where you may want a shine..... oh did I mention that this product scratches? Yes, my ceramic floor now has scratches from chairs, etc.... Oh wait... one more thing.... they applied the product over a floor with dog hair and dirt...So now I can see hair embedded in the product surface ...... Not happy about this at all.... What a waste of $1000.00

"Kathleen H. Grout was dirty and darkened in pathways and we agreed to clean, seal and lighten it by 10 shades or so. We did the requested service. The second day we we further sealed grout and tile. I told Kathleen, this will cure and in a couple days may need a bit of touch-up, which we will be glad to provide. She said " Thank-you and your team, tell them for me, very nice work. Later that evening Kathleen's husband ,Tony, was leaving angry messages, massive criticism and threats. By the week-end Tony (whom I have never met) Had left 4 angry and threatening messages. I sure thought, this is unusual. I called and made a time to return for touch ups. Two of us returned and after all necessary touch ups. When we were leaving I said that is it we we are done! Kathleen kept saying I'm sorry, I'm so sick, I just can't remember what you tell me. That evening Tony was calling again with more complaints. 4 more during the next few days. At that time I knew there was no communication, no understanding, and no further possibilities. Just walk away. Considering all the 5 STAR Ratings and Reviews we consistently receive for our work, clearly this review has little or no value. Thanks ZMX,LLC Micki"

They did a great job on my brick floors, and were wonderful to work with. Due to my own fault, the logistics of the work were more than anticipated, and they worked with me all the way through. I'm afraid that I caused them to make several extra trips, but they never complained, and were very patient with me. I found them very competent, and very trustworthy. A pleasure to work with...I just hope they feel that good about me!

The work performed by ZMX, LLC met and exceeded my expectations! The individuals who arrived for the tasks knew what to do and performed it quickly and efficiently. When there as a question regarding the grouting pattern, the installers confirmed my desired and even redid one of the grouting areas.

Very helpful. Offered tips on grout and tile cleaning and maintenance. Project to clean travertine tiles in shower, bath, and laundry, clean and repair grout as needed, and seal all. Others balked at this project but ZMX did it. Looks better than new in places. It all looks great.

Did not get a clear understanding of the process and end result. Just"it will look better than new". It doesn't. Price kept escalating due to unknown condition of existing grout. Not our fault - their error - we shouldn't have to pay.

"(Customer's name withheld per request), (Customer's name withheld per request) called me on Friday August 5th to request increased shine on your floor and I arranged with you for August 15th-16th time frame to provide what you requested. When I did the bid, the floor was covered with garage sale boxes and I told (Customer's name withheld per request) if I see additional needs when the floor is clear, there will be additional costs. So what I had missed with junk all over was broken and missing grout from 85% of the floor, The grout had to be replaced and sealed separately. That resulted in $385.00 being added to the job. ( very minimal addition considering how many hours of hard labor it added to the job ) So forget the mid August appointment for more shine, I'm not the one here w/o integrity ! Micki"

ZMX, LLC was very professional and very knowledgeable. They sanded, stained and sealed my deck which was showing wear. Work was completed as scheduled and they were very nice to work with. Love the results - deck looks great! Highly recommend.

We live in a punishing environment for wood decks. Lots of sun & lots of snow. Have tried other contractors and other products, but each year the condition of the deck got worse. Thought we might have to replace it. ZMX sanded down the deck to the natural wood, used multiple applications of oil, sealer, etc. Matched the color perfectly. The deck looks like new. ZMX really knows the fundamental characteristics of wood and treatment of wood. They are wonderful to work with.
