"Do not sign a contract with this company. If you sell or rent your house and have to cancel, they will charge a $200 fee for cancellation of each contracted service. I was facing a $400 fee, then was allowed to cancel one contract "if I finished the 4 services left this season" of my second contract. I finished the season in November, and now they are showing up at my house in March to treat...because the end of the "annual contract" is May. They are still trying to charge me a $400 cancellation fee, because "if I cancel the second service, I will be charged both service cancellation fees" even though I completed the "deal" they claimed to give me in August, saying I had 4 more monthly services that ended in November."

Compassionate Wildlife Removal.

"Last week I called The Critter Squad because of a snake going into garage. I left the garage open all day and it obviously went out by itself. Jimmy the owner came and could not find the snake. Price was $260 + Tax. While he was there I had him go into attic to look for rodents. He found mouse drippings and gave me a price to seal offl all openings for $2,700.00. This did not include any pest control. He said he would refer me to another company. Next day I called him because the snake was in the back yard. His price was going to be another $199.00 to come and get the snake. The Bottom Line is . . . I paid Terminex $1123.00 to do the same job, plus they did rodent control in attic and will return until all rodents are gone and their price is guaranteed for 2 years. I do like supporting our EX-Military, but not when they double their price and try to put the screws to a female! I would recommend getting that 2nd quote before I use The Critter Squad Inc. from Alvin, Rosharon, Sugar Land, TX."
