Outstanding service. From first phone contact with Wilson explaining our concerns to having Jeff come out same day. He gave a very thorough inspection and secured a covering over the vent pipe. Jeff gave us a lot of info provided photos of vent, and we were relieved not to have a bigger issue. I would recommend Omega for any wildlife concerns.

Rats got into our home and the infestation only took days. We immediately began interviewing prospective rodent removal services. I knew of one local company and found Omega on Angie's list. Both provided evaluations and estimates, we hired Omega. The work went as promised and exceeded our expectations. Joshua Campbell met with us and completely evaluated this situation. Joshua went all through the attic and up on the roof (the other company just looked around the attic with a flashlight and did not go up on the roof). Joshua provided a detailed quote, explanation of services and an information binder that was particularly helpful. Omega's estimate was much higher than another company we contacted; however, Joshua explanations of services and professionalism demonstrated added value. Omega did not take short cuts! We are convinced the other company would not have been as thorough as Omega. Our home is approximately 4,000 square feet. Omega spent a good 7-8 hours the first day just sealing potential rodent access points from the ground to the top of the roof and setting traps. The second day Omega finished sealing, re-inspected their work and began monitoring. Joshua and/or Jeff were at our home every 2-3 days to monitor traps and checked for activity (this is very important when dealing with rats) and removing rat droppings from inside areas. They were like cats stalking their prey. As Joshua indicated when we first met, it took several weeks to rid our home of the rats. After the last rat was removed and there was no rodent activity for a period of time, Omega remediated the home including removal of rat droppings in attic (if accessible), vacuuming attic areas and treating the attic with a powerful decontaminate/odor eliminating fog. We were pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Omega...Josh and Jeff. Definitely was worth a few extra dollars. We definitely recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about this company! You will not regret your decision to use them. There are other companies that will tell you they can take care of all your problems and uninvited guests in one day but I just didn't see how that would work. My big questions were what about the ones you can't see in the walls and floor joists and sub floors? Yes, they are hiding! This is a process, please understand that if you want results trust what they are telling you. For my "friends" it was about three months start to finish. I know that sounds like a long time but being patient will pay off. Your new found unwanted guests are smart and you will have to wait some of them out. This company and every one I dealt with from the initial phone call to Kobe that came out every week were wonderful. Always responded to texts, and always showed up when they said they would. Great job all around. I would hire them again if needed but they do such a thorough job that I won't need to so I will HIGHLY recommend them instead!

I contacted Omega and they responded immediately. They came right out and checked my issues and gave me quick explanation of what I needed. They were very thorough and gave me straightforward and direct answers to my questions. They explained that it would be a 2 to 3 week process and told me everything to expect along the way. They worked around my schedule, and were on time when they came back to do the work. They were very polite and professional while doing the work and on their follow up visits. I have not had any problems since they have been out. I would hire them again if I have any problems in the future. I highly recommend them and I have already given several references to friends and family with similar issues.

We one time had to call them, they didn't have any issues with coming out. They didn't give me any trouble. They came out and there was basically one hole that was not seen when they came out the first time. They basically fixed everything without any problems. They have a lifetime warranty which they seem to stand by.

Contacted Omega Animal Removal as we had noticed sounds in our attic and walls as well as trails through insulation. Representative Cameron Mackley inspected our attic and confirmed that we had signs of roof rats. He conducted a walk around of our home, pointing out potential entry points and the necessary steps that could be taken for exclusion, as well as trapping and fogging procedures. We were very impressed with Cameron's professionalism, explanation of problem and solutions. We were fortunate to work with Cameron from Omega to solve our problem of rats in the attic. He returned our phone call in a very timely manner and showed up for the appointment on time!! After fully inspecting our attic and the outside of our home, he confirmed we had rats and explained the whole house exclusion process including what materials are used and why those materials are important. He also explained the trapping and removal process and the clean up and disinfection process after all the rats are gone. He patiently answered all of my questions too! Cameron is very knowledgeable, incredibly polite and takes much pride in his work. I highly recommend him for any animal removal process.

I called Omega because every fall, I kept hearing the sounds of animals running around my attic. I had previously called other wildlife removal services, and while these efforts provided a short-term fix, I was looking for something more permanent.
Omega fit the bill in that they received great reviews and they provided a minimum five-year warranty for their work. (That warranty could be extended to a lifetime warranty with the agreement to purchase some extra bait boxes for a year and have them serviced over that period.)
My house in Houston was serviced by Cameron Mackley, who clearly knows his stuff and was very patient in answering my many technical questions. He was also very responsive whenever I contacted him. (As an example, I once sent him a text early on a Saturday morning about a question I had, and he called back within minutes.) I appreciate that excellent customer service. Cameron's colleague Zach was likewise very helpful in answering my questions about the bait boxes.
Omega is certainly not a cheap option, but the five-year/lifetime warranty is unparalleled, and to me, worth it. One thing I would encourage Omega to clarify, however, is the nature of the discount available to Angie's List members. As I logged on to write this review, I noticed a 10% coupon for Angie's List members. I was only told of and offered a 5% discount.
On the whole, I have been pleased so far with Omega's service and would recommend the company.

The reason I chose Omega is because Cameron Mackley answered the phone, immediately did the inspection, did the work and will be the responsible party for the warranty. This was not a one day event it took several days to complete and Mr. Mackley was punctual and thorough. I am reviewing the Houston branch of Omega Animal Removal. I had several quotes to get rid of vermin in my attic. OAR did not use "scare tactics" like the other company did. They didn't have to. Their reputation speaks for itself. Cameron Mackley is the rodent specialist who oversaw the removal of rats from my attic and the exclusion process. There were at least 18 points of entry into my home. OAR honors its lifetime guarantee with a smile! Cameron had to return once to re-seal an area along my roof. Seems my star boarders didn't want to give up their penthouse suite without a fight. After returning to reinforce the troublesome area, and ensuring the last of the rats were gone, Cameron came back one last time to re-fumigate the attic. I am now rat-free thanks to his persistence. I highly recommend Omega Animal Removal and Cameron for your rodent and small wildlife problems!!

The process took several weeks. After the house was sealed, traps were set to kill any rodents that may have been sealed in the attic. It took a couple of weeks to be sure that all of the rodents had been removed. Afterward, baited traps were placed outside the house to kill any rats that may be in the area attempting to re-enter the house. Cameron Mackley comes by once a month to inspect the traps. We have had no further rat activity in the house. I have been very happy with the service Mr. Mackley has provided.

This is a 2 to 3 week process 1. plug up any access 2 set traps/ 3 visits 3 eliminate the smell Was always on time and very pleasant to work with always answering all of my questions. I checked with several sources for references and interviewed 3 different company's but because of their excellent references from Angie's List and others and their guarantee I decided to go with Omega and was not disappointed.

After comparing the packages with other companies' offers, we chose Omega for their competitive price and professionalism. We tried to set up some traps to catch the roof rats ourselves, but it didn't work. After they found and sealed the entrances on the roof, the rats had no food coming in from outside, so we easily caught several rats.
They're very professional and knowledgeable, the best part of the service package is that they provide life time warranty, unlike other company's very restricted "warranties"(only for their sealed entrances), their warranty will even cover any new entrances that could be made in the future by animals into our house, this is really like giving you peace of mind. So I definitely recommend this company.

Awesome. Very professional in solving a squirrel nightmare. I finally got tired of working with a previous company -- calling them out constantly with no solution to the problem or end in sight.
I think the final count was 15 squirrels removed from our attic. Omega sealed off ALL access points, cleaned and fumigated our attic, and I think SOLVED the problem. We've been squirrel free for over 4 weeks now.

After receiving a higher quote with an unprofessional representative from another company. I was very skeptical to talk to these guys and have them convince me they could help within a reasonable price. I am very happy I was wrong. They came in with a reasonable quote that also included a lifetime guarantee (if we ever have problems again they come back at no charge) and fogging of the attic to dissolve any pheromones these guys leave behind to attract any other critters into your house. They came to the house to seal all entrances they have into the house, including ALL the weep holes in the brick around the house and much more, place traps, check the traps several times (4 times), remove any critters caught, and fog the attic. The attic was fogged and the service concluded over a month now and I haven't heard anything in the walls since. The representative sent to my house each time was the same guy and very nice and professional (Cameron). I appreciate their attention to detail in getting the job done! Dustin was super-nice in explaining what he needed to do. Very detailed in looking at possible entrances from bottom of outside. He was laying there on the ground trying to see things from a bug's perspective. I had thought that he had passed out but was simply getting as flat as could be. He sealed small entrance points that roaches and small rodents could enter through.
Our garage, after he was done, was nearly sealed from outside light. Before his visit, we used to get in large leaves blown in from the outside. Very dedicated and courteous. Would highly recommend for others.

It could not have gone better. They sent a large crew who were able to perform the job in 1 day for the intrusion prevention. They placed traps in the attic (which happily did not catch anything since the rats had not moved in but rather were just investigating. they came back later and installed an access door under the foundation and after two weeks came and fogged the attic with first a disinfectant/anti-bacterial and then a chemical to remove the rat's pheromones to prevent other rats from being attracted to the property. They were always clean and extremely prompt. After the work was performed they cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had problems with rodents in our attic. We called another animal removal service but ended up going with Omega because we felt like their professionalism was exceptional. Omega is so awesome and professional. My husband and I are go glad we went with them and not this other company that lied and said we had around 15 rats and that the cost would be 9,000! There were a total of 3 rats..... Our issue took particularly long, from November until now, but that's because our attic space is odd and split into 3 separate areas and the fact that our house is pier and beam doesn't help. Omega was constantly out here checking on the traps and sealing up entry ways. over the span of the work there were 3 different guys who came out and tended to the issue and all were great! easy to deal with and very professional. Once there was no more activity in the attic and everything was sealed up it was time to do the disinfecting in the attic. Because I am very sensitive to certain chemicals they completely understood and worked with me on how to go about this. They were very accommodating and understanding. I couldn't recommend them more.

I would definitely recommend Omega Animal Removal to others. The price for their service was slightly high, considering I had didn't have a major problem, but I have never had to deal with a rodent situation before in my life. I didn't want to see another rat again, so that's why I contacted Omega. Wilson was our technician and he was very nice and thorough. He explained the entire process. He set up traps, sealed up all the entry points on the roof and around the house, come back to check the traps several more times, and then vacuumed and fogged the attic.
Nothing was caught in the traps, but I had hired an exterminator before that set up some traps that had caught one baby rat before contacting Omega. I needed Omega to seal everything up to make sure I didn't have an issue again. Since the initial visit, we haven't heard any more scratching sounds in the night.
I would recommend this company because the work Wilson did was very thorough. Since the company guarantees their work for life, I shouldn't have to worry about a rodent problem again hopefully.
