They are amazing, took care of my animals and was very nice about me calling every 30 minutes to check on them. The Vet actually gave me his cell number to call him directly. Awesome, won't go any where else.

They have several different doctors and some are better than some.

We have been bringing our dogs here for 3 years. All the vets are great and the staff is good if not awesome. We like that they only board their own patients that are up to date on shots; however, one of our dogs still got kennel cough there despite being vaccinated against it. They waived the treatment fee and called to check up on him afterwards and warned other clients of the issue at the front desk. If they stay in the kennel, be prepared for your pets to smell afterwards. The groomer messed up on our dog 3x in a row, which might be partly due to never actually meeting her and thus communication problems. We go elsewhere for grooming now. The training class is uber-basic--you're probably better off at Petsmart or Petco for that. But for vet care, we are very pleased and they seem worth the high price we always end up paying!

The staff and vet are extremely friendly and warm. They know all their animal clients by name and treat them with love and affection. The vet called out from another room upon our arrival - "is that you Carlos (my cats name)? How you doing buddy?" When I went to pick up Carlos after a week, he was calm and seemed like he had a great time. They play with the animals daily and will even play extra time with them for a small fee.
