The team was extremely responsive and accommodating. They were able to schedule an inspection for the next day and arrived right on time. The technician who came to my home was knowledgeable and thorough, identifying the source of the problem and providing a detailed explanation of their removal process. The team at Nolan Wildlife Control went above and beyond in their efforts to remove the rodents from my home. Not only did they successfully remove the rats in ny attic, but they also took preventative measures to ensure it would not return. They even cleaned and sanitized the affected areas, removed the contaminated Insulation, and installed treated Insulation to make sure this issue would not repeat. The job was done in a timely manner and I am so happy with their Services! Im going to recommend them to My neighbors where I think the problem initially started. Thanks guys! You saved the day!

Derick is the best! He was professional, attentive & went above & beyond to capture our critter! He would not give up & came back several times with more determination when a stubborn mama Raccoon came back through a rotted area of My roof that we couldn't see was rotted initially. . This company also does roofing and was able to repair My roof like nothing happened! He is truly great at what he does. Do not look any further. He's the guy for the job. Super happy I found him! What a blessing.

If you have a pest issue...No need to look any further. I had NO idea how complex racoon removal could be. Especially when babies are involved. Do NOT go near her!. Leave if to Derick and Rosendo at Nolan Wildlife. I can't even believe they (Nolan crew)could get into the space where momma and kiddos were. And...they are out unharmed. Leave it to the pros. recently called them to handle a raccoon situation. They came out same day and were able to trap one of the raccoons that same evening. Came out a couple of days later to perform an exclusion and installed a one way device that allowed the other 4 stubborn ones out. Highly recommend. Great service. No hassle. Great guys. My experience with Nolan Wildlife Services has been nothing short of amazing. The first company I talked to about my squirrel infestation told me "to watch for what time of day the squirrels were out, so they could come out around that time and seal up the hole." I guessed that could possibly work and be the cheapest option if we got lucky, but it didn't exactly give me much confidence. Thankfully, I decided to call out Nolan Wildlife Services for a second opinion, and they quickly made me realize my problem was much worse than a simple hole needing to be patched. As we walked through the attic, he showed me several areas of potential entry into the attic needing to be addressed. He also showed me evidence (droppings and tunnels through insulation) that my attic was also infested with roof rats, in addition to squirrels. Nolan not only laid out an extensive plan of removal of the infestations happening in several locations and repair of the existing points of entry, but also discussed what needed to be done in and around the house to ensure future infestations would have little to no chance of taking place again. The process of infestation removal has not been easy or cheap, but I feel the value, professionalism, and thoroughness of service received from Nolan Wildlife have been second to none. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks, Nolan!

We canâ t say enough good things about Derick at Nolan Wildlife Services.. We had a mama raccoon and her babies up in the attic and it was driving us crazy. We had had 2 other companies out before Derick and he was the only one who could locate the babies and help us get everything all squared away. He worked literally all night to get our job done and weâ re SO grateful to have found him. He was professional, kind, helpful, and obviously knew what he was doing. Nolan Wildlife Services was very thorough from the initial assessment of the attic and inspection of the roof. Found a huge opening and another smaller one where the animal (possum) was entering through. They came several times to close the gaps on the roof, and left two traps installed, one outside on top of the rook and one inside the attic. The one inside the attic caught the animal. I'm very happy with the results, the service and the professionalistm of Nolan Wildlife Services! I highly recommend this company.

Derick was very prompt and professional in regards to our situation. He kept in constant contact and recommended other improvements to prevent future incidents. He pointed out several issues with our home and even took pictures of my roof and set up a roof inspection with an adjuster which he was also present for.Pricing was more than fair considering the time and effort put into my home. I would definitely recommend his services if you are needing wildlife removal.

The company was professional, knowledgeable & experienced. The bats left my attic and the remedial services to sanitized & fumigation completed. They took care of all my concerns personally with additional visits. The company went over and beyond to secure my house from reentry. Even blocked additional pests from entering my home without charging additional fees. The closest company only gave me a basic quote & didn't have the experience Nolan Wildlife Services and costs didn't include all that was.needed. This company is family/ veteran owned. Is also a local company. Which I'm proud to support and blessed to have met.

If you have a wild animal problem in Houston, Derick is your man!! He took my call on a Friday night @ 9pm. Something died inside my wall and the smell was awful. I work from home so I was having to move my office to the outside patio just to get work done without becoming sick! I called and Derek came out the same day and found roof rat activity inside my attic and crawl space. They came out the next day, sealed up my home and set traps. The guys also were able to locate the carcass behind my kitchen sink and remove it followed with sanitation. Iâ m very pleased with the quick response they gave and impressed with the customer service i was given from start to finish. You guys rock!

These guys did an amazing job. I had bats in my home and I got multiple quotes. The inspection they gave was really detailed compared to the others. I went with them because they were the only ones to get on the roof and find the hole this raccoon made in my roof! We had a family of opossums living under our house/ deck. These are beneficial animals, but they were dedicating on the deck which is really smelly and unsanitary. Anyway, Nolan Wildlife Services did a great job of humanely trapping and relocating them. They were very responsive and quick to retrieve the animals when we called to let them know an animal was trapped. All of our interactions were pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend Nolan Wildlife Services!!!
