His prices were fair and his crew did an excellent job. He was always on time and very professional. The job took longer than anticipated due to apparent problems with the order. The factory made multiple errors in my order, requiring Bob and his crew to make many trips to the house. Some windows were of the wrong type, others were the wrong size.
