"CONS -- I made a very specific request, which they proceeded NOT to follow. It is a quirk of mine. However, it was the only specific request that I made, and I made it directly to all 3 workers, so it wasn't like it got lost through word of mouth. They said they would mind it, then did exactly what I asked them not to do. I reminded them again. It happened again. One guy smirked like a smartass the whole time. I am still locating certain things that I thought had been thrown away at first, and there are certain things I can't throw in the wash, like a sheepskin rug that they put in the dirty bathroom on top of an even dirtier surface (ew). They also used my previously-clean step ladder, which I used indoors and wouldn't even wear shoes to step on to reach things. There is smudged drywall dust/paint that won't come off, so it looks filthy no matter how much I clean it. They also broke one of my photo frames. PROS - My ceiling, however, looks good, and they were certainly prompt and worked fast. I would say that their cost to remove popcorn, smooth things out, and redo texture and paint are in the middle to high range after all discounts applied. It's not that I would never hire them again, but their failure to honor my specific request, regardless of how small or petty or weird, sort of left a bad taste in my mouth, so I would have to work up to it and be willing to accept that they aren't going to be as careful with my personal property as I am."
