Sean and Juan were awesome on addressing and handling the upgrade and repairs to the electrical issues to my home. They were respectful to the property and made sure that I understood and was aware of what was going on. My only issue that I had, was the office staff repeatedly failed to let me know what was going on or advising time frames for arrival. Sean made sure that I knew what time they would return the following day and let me know, they would not leave until I had power and a/c and job completed. Can't say enough about these guys. What an asset to this company.

First time residential customer here. I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Electric of Houston Midtown, specifically with electricians Franklin and Zack. Franklin was very professional, polite and knowledgeable, he evaluated my situation, advising me of my options and a competitive quote. We agreed and he got right to work with Zack the following Monday. Franklin and Zack were both very polite, professional, meticulous and clearly they take pride in their work. Since there were several new light fixtures being installed, they both communicated clearly and timely to make sure that the fixtures, switches get installed in the preferred locations. Wiring and overall fixtures alignment was perfect. Breaker box is also now up to code with surge protector and grounding wire which was missing. The job was done with such care and expertise that the benefits truly outweigh the cost. It's a worthwhile investment for the betterment and safety of my home. I highly recommend their services! I will definitely use them as my electric company from now on.

when all others failed Mr Electric came trough

The electrician assigned to my home was Nezir A. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient in his work. Cost was about middle of the road for what I needed based on the estimates that I had been receiving. So not on the low end, and not on the higher end. However the work and workmanship was still very good plus they provided me with a warranty as well. I definitely recommend them.

It was a complicated installation because the original box size is not made anymore, and fitting a new box into the same space was very tight. Texas Electrical (SW) charged me $120 for an estimate and then refused to do the job. But Robert Vielma of Mr. Electric conquered the job in 100-degree heat. He also added a surge protector. No doubt who I will call if I need electrical work done again. A++++

From the quote to the coordination of the on-site work to the finished job, the individuals who make up this Mr Electric business performed above and beyond my expectations. Kathy and Virginia communicated with me several times within the week leading up to the on-site work. They also contacted me the day before and morning of. Robert the electrician texted AND called to let me know he was in route. Robert arrived earlier than promised and was very efficient. He worked with his office to coordinate the Texas New Mexico Power and City of League City Inspector.

Took the time to explain the problem and ensure everything was done properly.
