Very responsible I love my roof they did a great job they start working at 6am by 4 or 5pm in the afternoon they were done. Sunlite replaced my roofs in Katy and Galveston. They also replaced my siding, fascia, and soffits. They painted the exterior of my Katy home. They installed my back door. They’ve done a phenomenal job! The owner is a great communicator and trustworthy. I’d keep using them.

This is my second project with this company, and would definitely hire for a third. Work has been completed promptly and they were great when unexpected hiccups popped up. Cost was significantly less than my other quotes.

Bob at Sunlight Exteriors did a beautiful job. His team replaced my leaking patio cover and extended it. And, instead of leaving it nailed to the facia of the house, as it was before, they mounted it even more securely to the rafters in the roof.

Bob was extremely patient and helpful as we went through the window selection process. Our job was large, with over 20 sets of windows. We had very specific design preferences and requirements. He worked with us to find just the right windows. When it came time for installation, his installation crew took the time to do everything correctly. They were always professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly.

The job went very smoothly. Each and every night before they left for the day they cleaned up and got all the nails picked up. They were very clean, thorough and did quality work. It was a 3 man crew that did my roof, they were very methodical and detailed focused.

It went great. Bob sent out his guys and they arrived right on time in the morning. They let us know when they needed extra supplies that we didn't have enough of (hardie plank trim) and were easy to communicate with. They worked around our electrical boxes and our old porch to get the job done right. They even threw up a couple of braces for our window that had had termite damage underneath and we appreciate that very much. The siding was painted well at the end of it. Would definitely hire again.

Second time I have hired Sunlite Exteriors for a project. Jusr as last time, this job was done well and within the quote, which was very competitive. No problem recommending this company.

This company does quality and exceptional work at an extremely competitive price. From the beginning, Bob and Sean were honest about the work involved, and I am happy to say that my expectations were exceeded. Lalo and his team were very professional, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was not only done correctly but beautifully. I have recommended them multiple times since the work, and I would absolutely use them again.

Spoke to owner on Friday, Oct. 6 who said problem sounded like window storm repair. Minimum $300. I documented conversation in following email: " Bob, I spoke to you a few minutes ago and tried to submit the request from the website. However, I do not see that in my sent mail. Thus, I am doing again: We have a 2 story house with hardiplank siding which had leaks around windows previously. We had caulked before, thought problem fixed, but had mold and leak stains that start appearing at top of 1st floor wall during Harvey--below large 2nd story window. As discussed you send out an experienced crew, with extensive equipment, that can hopefully find & cure problem within 2 or 3 hours. Minimum is $300. If a bigger job than anticipated, we would get an estimate while crew is still here." I called on following Wednesday to followup and Owner said he had dropped ball but did send a crew on Saturday, Oct. 14, who said they could go to Home Depot to get caulking but that would be very temporary and that window in Hardiplank siding and 2 similar windows in brick siding need replaced. I asked if could call the owner then to get an estimate but they said owner would have to give an estimate the following Monday. Thus, crew left without doing any work. I called Owner 1st thing on Monday, Oct. 16, and Owner said I would have an estimate by the end of the day. This is Oct. 26 and I have heard nothing since. I had a couple of other vendors say that after Harvey they were simply too busy. No problem since at least they were honest. This Vendor was not.

The project went very well. Bob is very professional and works hard to meet the deadline and budget while maintaining a high level of quality. Bob's employees also show the same level of professionalism and respect. Bob came out and walked through everything we wanted. Later that night we got our proposal, which turned out to be very reasonable and fair. Monday morning materials were delivered. Tuesday at 8am promptly work began and was completed in just a couple of days. Bob came back to inspect work and to make sure we were happy. Not only is he a very professional personal, he is genuinely nice. We will be hiring him for another job this fall. You won't be sorry if you hire Bob. He does a great job.
