"Raul and his crew did an amazing job on our lawn! We had just moved in and there were leaves and branches all over the lawn. I called him and he was able to work on our yard the same day. He came quickly and him and his team raked and removed the leaves and branches, as well as mowed and edged the lawn. It looked spotless! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Serjio and his workers showed up on Tuesday morning. They pulled all the dead bushes and shrubs. Prepared the beds for the new plants. They did a wonderful job and it looks beautiful. . We knew we wanted Knockout roses. He suggested also boxwoods to put in front of the roses. He put a lot of colored flowers on the corners of the new beds. The price was very reasonable. We would highly of the recommend Delta Landscaping for any landscaping you want done."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

You do not have to remove lead paint if the surface is not chipping or peeling or if there are no pregnant people or children under the age of six who live in or regularly visit your home. Lead paint is a particular risk for young children whose brains and bodies are not fully developed. Experts strongly recommend that you call a pro to remove lead paint if it’s peeling or flaking, no matter who lives in the home. You can experience lead poisoning by breathing in or ingesting just a small amount of it.

Lead exposure poses significant health risks, including neurological, developmental, and behavioral disorders, especially critical in young children and fetuses.

Exterior paint contains a higher level of VOCs, which can be dangerous if you’re exposed to it for a long period of time. The good news is that paint’s toxicity reduces significantly once fully dried and cured. Do not keep open exterior paint cans in your home, basement, or garage, exposing your household to harmful chemicals over time.

You may see specialty products for sale to remove lead dust, such as D-Lead surface wipes. But you do not need to buy a special cleaner just for lead dust. A regular all-purpose cleaner, like 409 or something similar, is sufficient for cleanup. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's directions when using it and to dilute with water.

The safest way to remove lead-based paint is by letting a professional take over. For most people, lead paint removal costs an average of $3,400. You should never attempt to dry sand old lead-based paint surfaces by hand. Most professionals use a paint stripper to do the job followed by wet scraping, but if you don’t want to remove lead paint, another option is to paint over it. Only consider this option if the old lead paint finish isn’t flaking or cracked.
