Small jobs welcome

"My family and I recently bought a new house and we were looking for someone to help us move all our belongings from the old house to the new house when we happened to stumble upon Beariver Hauling. Iâ ll start off by saying that the owner James was very professional throughout the entire process while helping us move from our old home to the new. iâ ll specifically mention the part where he helped us move our most expensive pieces of furniture that included some delicate and extremely heavy pieces. This saved me and my family the hassle of doing it ourselves and I will also mention that the price we paid for the service that was provided was well worth the money considering we had over 20 pieces of furniture ranging from kitchen tables, chairs, couches, sofas, computer desks, etc. If you reside in any of the areas listed below including Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, or even Katy I highly recommend Beariver Hauling for their ability to deliver the services they offer as promised. My family and I wanna give a huge shoutout and thanks once again to the folks over at Beariver Hauling for helping us out when we needed it most !!"

"Raul worked tirelessly to clean out our front garden area. The freeze had totally killed our English Hawthorn shrubs and weeds had overtaken the beds. He listened to what we wanted done and executed the job beautifully. He replaced the edging and transplanted and filled in bare areas with existing monkey grass. He replaced our lost shrubs with new healthy new plants. He cared about the end result and did a very professional job."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Professionals are trained in identifying hazardous materials and utilize industry-approved methods for safe handling and disposal. They adhere to regulatory frameworks to protect health and the environment, ensuring all materials are disposed of safely and responsibly.

You should ask a few questions to ensure that your potential lead removal professional is experienced and qualified to handle lead-paint abatement safely, legally, and properly.

  • What are your qualifications and experience removing lead-based paint?

  • Are you licensed and certified to remove lead-based paint?

  • How do you test for lead paint?

  • What methods do you use for lead-based paint abatement?

  • What do you plan to do with the hazardous material when you remove it from the home?

  • Do you do replacement and painting work or removal only?

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance that any paint on your hardwood floors could be lead paint—especially if it was already there when you moved in. Because lead is toxic, hiring a licensed pro to remove it is mandatory. The average price for professional lead paint removal ranges from $1,500 to $5,300 and depends on the scope of the project.

Exterior paint contains a higher level of VOCs, which can be dangerous if you’re exposed to it for a long period of time. The good news is that paint’s toxicity reduces significantly once fully dried and cured. Do not keep open exterior paint cans in your home, basement, or garage, exposing your household to harmful chemicals over time.

Embarking on a kitchen demolition comes with its share of risks to keep in mind. Think of potential encounters with asbestos, sharp objects, and power tools—not to mention the peril of structures wobbling or unexpected plumbing surprises. And, of course, you will be surrounded by dust and debris throughout the process. All of the above makes safety gear necessary, or you can consider hiring a qualified professional.
