On the day of the move, the drivers called when they were 30 minutes away and arrived on time. They worked up a sweat and worked diligently to get all the items on the first floor loaded within the 2 hour time frame we requested. "Although they did show up 30 minutes late, the clock for work didn't  begin until after they actually got a look at the job to be done and started moving everything. Chris ran crew very professionally, directing them while working along side them. He would catch and correct near mistakes (wall! left corner! fingers! etc )  so quickly which kept his crew safe and all of our belongings intact. Well, almost all. We were disappointed when a large office desk was dropped but we were equally impressed with Chris' handling of the situation. One thing to note was that looks are deceiving. We expected large, bulky, muscled men to show up to move our items which included an extremely heavy safe. The crew was of average size except the crew leader Chris. He's truly super model thin but when I say SUPER HUMAN  strong, I am not kidding!!!  Holy Wow! That safe I mentioned, yeah he basically pulled it up the ramp onto the truck BY HIMSELF. I am not exaggerating. My husband still tells people about "the amazing skinny mover". Not only would we recommend them but if we ever have to move again we will use New Caney Movers and request skinny Chris!
