We hired them through a broker, our mistake. (Also, my husband and I are both disabled) As soon as he got my deposit, Chase was suddenly unavailable. He never took another phone call from me. As soon as they started loading the truck the driver started adding fees that we hadn't discussed. I contacted the office and was told that they don't do refunds. I ended up being charged over $7k for the move. When they finally got our stuff delivered, what wasn't missing was broken. They kept furniture and personal items. They loaded furniture on top of boxes that were clearly marked FRAGILE. There was glass everywhere. Also, there were no people to unload the truck. WE had to track down and locate someone to help us get our stuff off the truck. The driver sat in the air conditioning in his truck or griped about his back hurting. The "insurance" was even less helpful than the moving company. I tried to file a claim and I never heard back from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I could not recommend this company any less. First all it?s my fault for starting with a broker instead of a carrier. My broker hired A&V Moving to move me from Texas to Montana. First they arrived on January 16 to pick my things up. Once they arrived the foreman immediately started waking around and adding money to my quote, he wanted an additional $900+ dollars because he said my dinning chairs were ?big? and I had two additional boxes. I told him no I would only pay an additional $500 due to my two extra boxes, he spent over an hour arguing with someone at the office and we finally agreed on an additional $575. I reached out multiple times to the office to see when my things were going to be delivered as never, NOT ONCE, did they contact me to update me. I was told on February 6 that my things were being loaded onto the truck on the 7th and would take 3-4 days to arrive. Now it?s February 11th, my things still haven?t arrived and I have heard nothing. So I reach out AGAIN - TBC

Movers were awesome! They were here from 8:00 - 1:00 and moved an entire two-story home (3,247 sqft) . Moved us within in same zip code of 77494 in Katy area. They were in and out very fast movers. Alberto and his team were great! We are happy to have chose a family owned business. Tracy helped us with the quote from start to finish and answered every call no matter what day or time it was.

These people really care about making your move simple and easy, from the consultation through the end of the move, I was kept informed and everything was completed in a timely fashion. The people are so nice and knowledgeable. All of my belongings were handled with care! Would definitely recommend for an out of state move. My things were moved from Houston to upstate NY with ease.

Best Moving Company , glad I hired them they did a good job helping us move our things with care . Pricing was comparable to the other quotes we received. We ultimately chose them because they are family owned. Will hire them again if I needed a moving company in the future

I needed to send my daughter a bedroom, living room and dining room set to help her on her first apartment! They moved everything for $1600.00! Great deal shipped fast. Very attentive from start to finish. Thank you A&V Moving!

As a young family purchasing our first home we had no clue where to start when it was time to move. We honestly had never used a professional moving company before. When I first called a lady named Tracy took my call. She set up a time to come out and do a walkthrough to see our stuff. Then a day later she gave us a quote with everything in writing which helped us feel comfortable. We got a few other quotes and honestly all quotes were all over the place but Tracy coordinated everything to where we could understand. We hired them and the team of movers showed up on time and helped us pack up and move our 3 bedrooms worth of stuff into our new house. We were so worried they would mark a wall or hit something but they did a good job and took care of our stuff and our new home. It was stress free! We recommend this company.

They are very friendly and pilot movers who help save me a lot of money moving I did not have any issues and would definitely be using them again if I decide to move. Thank you Tracy for everything again.

With 3 kids moving is stressful but the team at A&V Moving Systems helped us have a smooth move. They wrapped carefully, were careful but fast. They werenâ  t the cheapest but worth what we paid for sure. They set everything up and the quote from the agent to the price at pick up remained the same.

The office staff was helpful. Andy helped me with my quote then the movers showed up and packed up and loaded our truck up and hit the road. They arrived 3 days later (we moved from Houston to Denver) and put everything back in its place and did an amazing job. Iâ m happy with the service they provide.

A&V Moving Systems moved us recently and I never make time to put up reviews but this company deserves 10 stars. They took care of our move like if they were moving their own grandmother!!! Luis, Alberto and Allen were fast but careful. I have mirrored bedroom set and they handled it with care.
