"I needed help to fix my yard with a retaining wall, falling into the driveway and the driveway starting to be washed away. Unit crew showed up at eight in the morning, ready for work and made short work of what would’ve taken me all weekend. The best part was he stayed in my budget and didn’t have to cut any corners to do it. Vio and his crew were polite and very hard-working. I’m grateful and blessed they were able to come out and help me as fast as they did."

"Eddie Contrerras and Carlo Menchaca from Trinity Stone Construction Group are phenomenal! They not only crafted a stunning patio with impeccable stone work but also transformed my home with a remarkable kitchen and bathroom remodel. The interior painting was flawless. Their attention to detail and dedication to excellence truly made the entire experience amazing. A solid five stars for their outstanding craftsmanship and expertise! So happy with the investment!!!"

"Branden did a phenomenal job on our project! We wanted him to remove our mulch and dead plants in our flower beds and replace it with a dry scape scene. He was very helpful with coming up with ideas and even used AI to digitally show us the design prior to agreeing to move forward. Additionally we wanted to add some sod. He had great communication, was here when he said he would be and finished a day sooner than expected! We are very happy with him and his crews and will use him for future projects! Very respectful and professional company!"

"We hired Wyatt with E&W Solutions to help with some work around our property, including a concrete patio, dirt work, and some land clearing. He did a great job from start to finish. He showed up when he said he would, communicated well throughout the project, and made sure everything was cleaned up when he was finished. The patio turned out great and the dirt work and clearing made a huge difference to the property. We were very happy with the work and would definitely hire Wyatt and E&W Solutions again."

Patios questions, answered by experts

A deck is typically attached to a house and accessed via the back door. Decks are usually constructed from wood or composite materials. A terrace, on the other hand, is a raised platform that can be attached to or detached from the house and is typically made from a hard-paved material, such as paving stones. Terraces can be built on the ground or on the roof of a home.

A prefab sunroom will last for between 10 and 20 years in most cases, although you could get up to 50 years out of a high-quality prefab sunroom. In addition to material quality, your prefab sunroom’s lifespan will depend on the foundation type and the climate in your area. Extreme weather and expansive soil can decrease the expected life.

Yes, but ensuring the deck has a solid foundation with adequate footings is critical before building, as the weight of a sunroom will put significant pressure on the structure below. Even if your deck is properly constructed, it may not be able to handle the extra weight. While some basic, lightweight, prefabricated sunrooms can sit on a deck with a strong existing foundation without additional supports, in many cases, the foundation and joists will need reinforcement. It is always best to have a structural engineer perform an inspection to evaluate the deck's quality and structural integrity. A professional can help you decide if reinforcement is sufficient or if it's better to tear down the deck and start over.

A professional can design and construct sunrooms or patio enclosures that meet structural standards, optimize environmental conditions, and integrate seamlessly with existing architecture. This ensures the project enhances home value and provides long-term enjoyment.

In most parts of the U.S., adding a screened-in porch requires a building permit. Since this type of project often involves structural work and changes to your home’s footprint, homeowners should adhere to local guidelines. That said, permit rules can vary widely depending on where you live and how extensive the project is. Before you start sketching out plans or ordering materials, check in with your city or county’s building department to avoid headaches, fines, and potential structural issues down the line.
