"I did not get paid for any labor. The job was completed the only part that wasn’t up to standard but easily fixable was the face. I let customer know not to pay me anything for labor as he paid for the concrete and machine to move the concrete And for materials that I would come back if he wanted me to to just give me a call and I would gladly come back out to fix it I offered him to go Thursday he said wasn’t available till Friday I said just give me a call when you are available and I’ll come by and once I was done he could pay me for my labor."
