The builder was less than generous when it came to landscaping and rainwater run-off. Cody Teuerle and crew are/were very responsive to my questions about my patio concept, plants, trees, and shrubs. They also constructed a beautiful 12X12 covered patio w/slab and a 12x12 artificial turf for my dogs! I had an idea for a raised flower bed for the front yard and I get many compliments on it! "We just finished having our concrete driveway and fence extended in Richland Hills to store an RV. Centex was great to work with and the bid met our budget. They even handled applying for the permits with our city which was nice because some of the other contractors would not. During the process, I decided to extend the concrete to make a patio off my office and Darren was great at adjusting my request. He also gave us advice on the best gate to install that would be sturdy and easy to handle, along with stain suggestions. He does all kinds of work besides concrete and fence. We highly recommend Centex and will keep him in mind for any future projects. Also, we learned that his wife does interior remodels, design and projects.
