He works efficiently and gets the job done in a timely manner, also he is insured and not a typical fly by night type who rips people off and doesn't get the job done as he does not require payment up front for the labor until the work is DONE and the customer is satisfied. "I engaged CFP Remodeling & Construction (out of Pearland) for landscaping services at my East End property, which included installing approximately 165 sq feet of St. Augustine sod. Shortly after installation, I observed that a significant portion of the sod was not healthy. I reached out to Jessenya Akerman at CFP Remodeling & Construction, who indicated they would inspect the issue. Despite several delays, Ms. Akerman suggested that increased watering might resolve the problem. After spending $90 on additional watering, the sod remained in poor condition. I contacted Ms. Akerman again; although assurances were made about revisiting, no follow-up occurred. Eventually, I received an email explaining that personal circumstances had caused the delays and promising efforts to rectify the situation. However, subsequent correspondence stated that the company considered the installation complete and did not plan further action. Based on my experience, I found communication inconsistent, scheduling unstructured, and customer service lacking in follow-through. Therefore, I am unable to recommend CFP Remodeling & Construction and would advise considering other reputable landscaping providers on the island for your home improvement needs."

"Work was done on 02/10/2020. Called Samuel, he was able work me in that same afternoon.. Replaced my old Sears ~2000 era 1/2 HP system with a Chamberlain wifi, very quiet belt drive, battery backed up, max, 1 1/4 equivalent DC motor with great features that I'm still enjoying. Samuel was finished within a couple of hours including adjusting the torsion spring. I don't suggest just anyone messing with those torsion springs. Samuel cleaned up everything when he was done."
