We have no subs. All work is supervised by my father and I ( the owners). I work on the jobs too so you know the work is getting done right. No cutting corners. We have 10%discount on jobs for Angies list members. No Downpayments which show how loyal we are to customers. Fully insured for the protection of your home.

These guys are top notch. Great communicators, punctual, extremely detail oriented and hard working until the day is finished. I have hired them twice so far and will have them coming back in a few weeks for my upstairs.

They did a pretty good job. We thought it was a great price. Yes, we would use them again if needed. The gentleman arrived on time, he brought his own supplies. He was very clean, he cleaned up after himself. He asked exactly what we wanted to be assured he had it in his notes. Afterwards, their office assistant called to see if there was anything else we needed and to see how he did.

Manuel and his crew are very courteous, immaculate in their work-habits, close attention to details. Their work quality is top-notch and worth the price. They charge higher than others. We really liked their work in 2013 ($11000) had no hesitation in hiring them again in 2017 ($7000) They only ask for payment at the end after you are completely satisfied. Would recommend Manuel with no reservation.

They were wonderful. Here is the note I wrote to them: "All your painters are delightful. They take great care in doing their work well, and are pleasant and considerate of us and our home. They smile, which we like." They cleaned up behind themselves and did not leave a mess. They were very pleasant to have in our house and they painted several rooms, and they were here a lot. Their price was high, but they were worth it. They did an outstanding job; they did a good job of painting. Would definitely use them again if needed.

L.J. is a great company that does very professional work. I had several jobs for them that they completed on time and they did it thoroughly and professionally. The work is seamless and complete unlike other companies that I have used in the past. They were also very careful in keeping the house clean which I really appreciated. Highly recommend for any drywall or painting work.

Manuel and company did a fantastic job. They showed up on time for the quoting process, asked fantastic questions and gave us a fantastic idea about the work that needed to be done as well as the cost associated with the work, which included painting both indoors and outdoors as well as replacing rotted wood in various places on the outside of our home.
They were on time each day, worked very hard all day long and were always available to answer any queries or work with us on any changes we felt were necessary.
Their work product was nothing short of superb. All construction was top notch and all painting was done carefully and looks fantastic. There was one spot we were not happy with and they came back out and fixed it immediately. They also honored their bid price and walked us through any extras we may have wanted in the process and the exact cost. Totally honest and open.
I would highly recommend this company for both painting and any carpentry work needed outside of the house. They really were fantastic and anyone should feel extremely confident in hiring this company. A+ job all the way around.

They did an excellend job. They worked around the schedule of other contractors, everything that they did, they did really well. It took longer than expected but I am really happy with the results and would definitively use them again for any other painting job. Highly recommending their work.

Called these guys and Manuel came out on time the next day to give me a quote.
He did a detailed walk thru of the house asking about closets, doors, laundry room, baths, cabinets, ceilings etc... I decided to have more painted than originally planned due to some things he pointed out.
We had a garbage fire in the garage about a year ago and asked for a separate quote for oil base primer to kill the smoke smell that still existed. This was quoted at $855.
He emailed me a room by room detailed quote that same night. He had left off the base boards in the baths but agreed to do them at no extra cost. I awarded him the job and he said he could start 4 days later. Told me to pay when he was done. Normally painters ask for enough up front to cover the paint cost.
The house was empty and I put a lock box on the door for them. Took only 3 days and they were finished. He called and offered to come back and do any touch up work I thought it needed. I didn't think it needed touch up. I wished I had him paint the front door and some window sills which he offered to do but I did myself.

All the work was done better than I expected. Manuel quoted me a price and time and stuck to it without any issues. We shopped around for prices and Manuel gave the most honest price and didn't try to take advantage of us. I will hire him again and use him in other construction jobs that I'm apart of.

They were fabulous. I'll give them an A+. They were professional. The best part of their service was the professionalism and the follow-through.They were careful. They didn't grip hand anywhere. They were timely and you can be sure that you can get a professional job. Regarding the price, they weren't expensive but they weren't the cheapest ones. We chose them over the two others because of their professionalism.We paid the extra for a really good job and that's what we got. We had no problem. We thought the price was more than fair. Overall, I'll give them an A+.
