Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. "Arrived on time, very nice, very professional. He first looked with a camera (in both directions) where he found a large paper blockage. He then snaked the drain and did something most do not do.... he re-scoped it to be sure the job was done right with the camera.
